-Large outdoor dining and entertaining area includes: two extra-large built-in picnic tables, two built-in bars, hammocks, cornhole, extra large charcoal grill with grill tools. We are "bring your own charcoal" or buy it at The Big Store, just down the street

-Large portable bluetooth speaker for outdoor entertainment

-Outdoor shower

-Solo Stove fire pit to take to the beach...portable and easy to carry in its own carry bag. We have a grill top to go with it so you can have a cookout or just use it to make some memories around your own little beach bonfire and cook s'mores. It's BYOW (bring your own wood)

-Outdoor stainless prep table and sink. Yes, we are fisherman friendly!

-Screened-in porch with plenty of seating where you can hear the waves and watch the birds

-Gulf view on two levels with tons of shaded deck seating and lounging

-Fully loaded chefs’ kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve for a crowd including two full size refrigerators

-Drink bar with coffee station, drip coffee and Nespresso. We offer a starter supply of whole beans and pods. Coffee grinder included. Cocktail making, and a few cookbooks for inspiration. Mini fridge.

-In-house laundry, brand new washer and dryer, starter supply of pod provided

-Smart TV in every bedroom, board games, books, PlayStation 4

-Open-concept dining and living room. 70in smart TV in living room.

-High-quality Helix memory foam Mattresses on all beds

-Bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided in all showers

*The Elevator is available by guest request only. There is a fee to use, $250, and it must be arranged prior to check in.

*There is a small, high shelf next to the upper balcony door at the top of the stair landing with safety items. This is where we keep the fire extinguisher for the upstairs area and a safety ladder that can allow escape off the upper balcony in the event of a fire. These items are stored up high to keep them out of the reach of small children*

*I highly recommend you purchase an inexpensive travel and damage insurance policy. This protects you and gives peace of mind in the event you have unforeseen circumstances that require you to cancel outside of the refund windows on our cancellation policy. Airbnb makes this very easy by offering it at check out. Please note we are on the Texas Gulf and weather can be very unpredictable. We do not allow refunds or cancellations due to weather. Please review our cancellation policy, we have it set to "Firm" and we will adhere to this policy.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located just off Texas State Hwy 87 in the heart of the Bolivar Peninsula. Copacabana Dr is a peaceful, neighborhood street with no direct driveable beach access. We have a private, local walking bridge to the sand, less than two minutes walk from the house. To access the beach by vehicle, drive the short distance back out to Hwy 87, turn left onto the Hwy, and turn left again onto Cove Dr. From there it's a straight shot down to the beach

-"The Big Store" is really the only place on the peninsula to purchase essentials. They are the local all-in-one with a bank, gas station, groceries, hardware, gifts, beach gear, and take-out pizza. Their hours are 7 am-9 pm, seven days a week
From Copacabana, turn left onto 87. You will see them about 1mi down on the right.
