The riad is located only a few minutes walking from the main square Jemaa el Fnaa and from the Souk area. Each of our double rooms can host one or more extra beds and each rooms is ensuite (toilette and shower) all of our rooms are located on the patio floor or on the 1st floor. The patio area is the perfect place where to relax after a full day in the souk or in the surrounding's of Marrakech.
This nice brand new double room ensuite is very spacious and comfortable overlooking the garden patio and the plunge pool.

thanks again so very much for setting myself and my boyfriend up in your Riad. I couldn't have asked for a better location or more beautiful room. Thanks as well for all the helpful suggestions, your service is impeccable and because of it, my anniversary was completely perfect. I hope to return soon! ciao Viola
Great location, amazing value, beautiful sunny rooftop. Would recommend for travellers on a budget.
On the downside - we barely saw anyone who worked there during a 3 day stay, weren't offered towels at check-in so had to buy them, and had no one to ask for generic information. This in no way ruined our trip but just something to be aware of.
We booked this Riad because of all good recommendations. But we were not satisfied and DO NOT RECOMMEND this Riad. Yes, it is cheap. But for the same price we have stayed in much better and more friendly places. The Riad is a bit old, doors do not close well. The bathroom does not have a door, but only a curtain. The shower is not worth mentioning, we took a shower in the morning and there was hardly any water coming out of the shower. Upon arrival we asked for towels and the host give them to us without mentioning any additional costs. The next morning we had to pay 30 DH per towel!? We felt a bit intimidated by the host, might be because we were two girls? Also breakfast is not included in the room, many other riads do have breakfast included. All together it is much more valid for money when paying just 10 euros extra per night! It was our last night in Morrocco and we were very dissapointed by this last negative experience.
Thank you Redouane for the good time! Very nice Riad – is an oasis of calm in the rush of Marrakech's Medina. Wonderful rooftop terrace and everywhere some nice spots to relax.
Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely dog. I miss samba
I would not reccomend this place. The rooms are not like they appear on the listings.
Such a great place to stay if you're heading to Marrakech! So close to everything - we walked everywhere very comfortably and only needed to use transport to and from the airport.
Everyone at the Riad was extremely friendly and helpful - taking the time to explain directions to us when we weren't sure and answering any questions we had. We also took their recommendation on a spa and it was amazing!
Our room was very spacious, nicely decorated and extremely clean. We visited in the winter and were provided with lots of blankets to keep us warm in the night! And the outdoor area is a really great space to relax after a busy day before heading back out into the madness of the main square!
Overall, we had a fantastic time here - and we can't believe how little it cost us!
We would definitely stay again next time!
Great rooms, clean and well placed... Great deal! The only negative thing was the loud pray (emmitted from a close mosque) at 5:45am, but this is usual everywhere in Morocco.
Perfect value for your money!
By directions you are sent prior to your arrival, it is actually quite easy to find. Café de France is a big landmark on your righthand at the square Jemaa el Fna, coming from the taxi/ Place de Foucauld! Just one of the larger cafes there... you cannot miss it!
Staff at this riad is very VERY V E R Y kind! Your room is cleaned every day (we did not expect that for this money per night!) and you can ask for anything. The rooftop is open for coffee, a lazy afternoon or even breakfast...
To find your way back to the Riad through the little streets of the Medina after having had diner, is the only thing that can be a bit hard. But that's only due to the city's streetplan and not at all due to this Riad in any way.
Oh wait, one 'complaint': the Mosques wake you up several times in the (very early!) morning, but you could not escape that in any other B&B. So the only remedy for that is to bring earplugs... ;-)
All in all one cannot and should not complain about anything when housed here during your stay in Marrakech for this little of money!!!
Give our love to Rabya... we adore her!

This is very well located however one must come prepared to pay for extras like towels.
This is the final rate, including any fees from the host and Airbnb.
