Half board and full board at promotional prices, good connections with the center (bus station is 10 m distance, and it takes 10 min to the centre). We're located in Sustjepan, sunny suburb of Dubrovnik, close to the ACI Marina.

Appartement propre, coquet et décoré avec gout. Nous avons été accueillis par la serveuse et avons entrevu ivan. Pratique si on veut prendre le bus pour se rendre a dubrovnik et eviter les parkings payants. Super vue, dommage que la route soit un peu bruyante, mais en fermant les fenetres et avec la clim, c'est mieux.

I think this place is exactly what it says.
Its an apartment above a wonderful restaurant. It is slightly out of town, however there are buses that go along the main roads all the time.
I would recommend this place to people, if you don't mind being slightly out of town, which I do not.

The apartment itself is nice; good living room with many amenities, clean, and as on the pictures. Please note this is a commercially rented property along with other similar apartments in the same building. Some drawbacks are the lack of wifi in the apartment (as opposed to mentioned in the offer), and lack of private onsite parking (as opposed to mentioned in the offer). Great to come back into the apartment with a good airco!
I am glad that you liked my apartment, but I only want to mention that this is my family house and my paretnts live in the apartment below and it is not a commercially rented property (only my apartment is for rent), because if it is, the other apartments would be listed on airbnb for sure. Regarding wifi - the problem may be the thickness of the walls or your reciver, because the other guests never complained about wifi connection, as there is one. There is always parking place provided near the house, but in my place no one has "private" parking, as everyone is welcomed, both locals and guests.
We spent a very nice stay in Ivan's flat and (very good) restaurant. We've been particularly welcomed by both of them and also by Mater (the waitress). The flat is clean, comfortable and very well situated to visit Dubrovnik. The view is very nice and it's possible to swim just in front of the appartment. A very good address!
The apartment is great, with TV, AC and even a IPod stereo system. The windows are good, the view is beautiful. The apartment is quiet, even if the Ivan's restaurant is just below.
The bus station is 20m from the apartment. The old town is reachable in 15 minutes by bus, and there is a bus every 15 minutes.
Ivan's restaurant is good and not too expensive, compared to the old town restaurants.
I would recommend this apartment.
An amazing flat with perfect view and the restaurant that Ivan has below is a paradise for food lover like me and my wiffe. Amazing prices and fabolous flavours from the very basic sandwichs to the most delicate meals. the flat was very cleand and organized. The aircon really helped during summer. Its very near the city linked by only one bus and a nice place to rest after the beach and city trips. The linens and towels were very clean and everything was working properly. Ivan was very helpfull and a nice guys who gave us some help in the begining of our trip. I definitively recomend his place to stay in dubrovnik and also his restaurant to a perfect meal with a nice view.
This apartment was well above our expectations. The apartment is situated not far from the old town of Dubrovnik. There is a bus stop literally outside of the apartment which takes you wherever you would want to go in Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is perfect. It is clean, modern and comfortable. Additional bonuses are the well equipped kitchen, cable TV and a washing machine. There is a lovely view of the water and hills from the window in the living area. Another absolute bonus to this apartment is the great restaurant just below. We ate there ALOT, the food is delicious. Try the chicken sandwich. Ivan and his partner are warm and friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this great place to stay in Dubrovnik.
My boyfriend and I spent two days at the apartment Bonaca while visiting Dubrovnik recently. We had a great time! The appartment is very nice and cosy, very clean and comfortable, with a nice living room and a kitchen and table that overlook the sea. The location is quite convenient as it is placed at the entrence of the city, away from much of the most crowded areas but still very accesible by car or bus. The restaurant beneath the appartment, owned by Ivan as well, is very good. We had a very nice meal and were warmely welcome. Deffinetely recomend!
E' un delizioso appartamento, pulito e confortevole, in una splendida cornice tranquilla (le foto ritraggono perfettamente la casa). Al di sotto si trova un ristorante a conduzione familiare, dove poter fare una buona colazione al mattino. Ivan è stato attento e disponibile con noi da subito. E' un ottimo posto per un soggiorno a Dubrovnik, lo consiglio.
Ivan's place is great. Clean, tidy and with all the amenities you would need. Located in the end of Dubrovnic it's great rather you have a car or not (there is a bus stop right next to it)
Ivan was great recommending was some beaches up north and always opened to our requests. The restaurant he manages is (email hidden) - When you get there, just order a chicken sandwich and go spend a couple of hours by the beach :)
