The Homer House, a cute and cozy completely remodeled 2 - bedroom 2 - full bath house in the heart of downtown Clarksville. 1/2 block from the Downtown Commons and the F&M Bank Arena/Ice Rinks. Everything is brand new. Walk to all your favorite restaurants and shopping. Wonderful farmers market on Saturdays in summer or stroll over to Austin Peay. All within a very short walk. One free parking spot on-site and plenty of parking across the street. Awesome yoga studio & tea/coffee space next door.

Two brand new queen size beds. Master in front of house has a full bath with shower inside bedroom. Back bedroom has a full bath with shower access in main living area. Open area kitchen and living area with original brick fireplace as a centerpiece. Free WiFi and tv in main living area. Nice back porch with table and umbrella

You will have the entire house and patio/porch to yourself. Private parking place out front.
