THANK YOU AND HAVE A SAFE TRIP!
Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it. My friends were happy with their trip, but said the place was in a need of many minor repairs.
Booking was very easy. Thank you Linda.
We felt welcome. The house was as billed as far as sleeping arrangements. The host was not as responsive as we would have liked (i.e.: no working phone numbers given or listed on airbnb; we had some issues that she did not address during our stay). Many nails are up and exposed on the deck making it unusable for small children. There is no toaster. Overall, worth the value
We really enjoy the stay in Linda's house!
The house is placed in a very quite neighborhood, easy access and conveniently close to restaurants, beaches.
We absolutely recommend the place to everyone, and we hope to have the chance to spend another nice weekend there in future!
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
4 of us stayed there to ski one weekend. The place is nice, however the owner is not always honest about certain things (like bed sizes for example) so I recommend to be careful before booking this.
Overal for the price this place was OK. And just that and nothing more. Don't let the listing fool you...
- This place is not remodeled as listed
- There were a lot of amenities missing - hand soap, extra toilet paper, etc.
- There were A LOT of rules once the place was booked... So beware!
Examples... No shoes or boots in the entryway - why is there an entryway then? This rule seemed very ridiculous. Don't move the bottom bedroom bed or the rails will fall in, don't touch the blinds or they may fall down, don't move the closet door or it will fall off the henge ---- FIX these things! I don't understand why these items wouldn't just be fixed right away!
- The Internet name and password were incorrect and there was a review from 6 months ago stating that, but yet it wasn't changed in the rules/directions given once booked.
- Futon upstairs is completely broken so don't count on that as a bed if you are booking
Positive - good location.
Decent, comfortable house. We didn't have much problem when we stayed there and enjoyed our stay. Reasonable for the price. Thanks!

About the Host, Linda
I fell in love with Cabo back in 1990 on my first visit. I have been returning twice a year ever since. We purchased in 1994. My condo is located at Terrasol Beach Resorts. It is a large 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1770 sq ft, ocean front, beach front on Solmar Beach. The great thing about this location is that you don't need a car because you are walking distance to everything in downtown Cabo! Enjoy all our favorite restaurants, nightlife, super friendly employees at the resort, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf and the list goes on and on. I never get sick of going to Cabo!
