Lake Home 10 min from downtown and airport. 1 king, 4 queen, 4 twin, 4.5 bath home on canal. Large open concept, ample outdoor space, patio has fireplace and 8-seat hot tub. Nicely furnished. Projector screen in basement. Stone tile. Lots of windows.

The space
Shoreline is a three level house located between Eppley Airport and Downtown Omaha. It is on the canal of Carter Lake across from the Shoreline Golf Course.

The house has a master en suite with a separate bath and shower and king bed; four rooms have queen mattresses and one room has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Upon request, we can place up to 2 twin mattresses in an open loft space for additional sleeping.

Our outdoor space has a travertine fireplace and a hot tub recessed into a wood deck. Guests will also have access to a gas grill.

The basement is a walk-out onto a fenced lawn that runs to the canal. There are two docks and a patio overlooking the canal.

Shoreline in Carter Lake is 10 min from the airport and 10 min from all that downtown Omaha has to offer in terms of dining and entertainment. It is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Omaha.
