The space
Every inch of space is immaculate and brand new. There are numerous windows if you want an open environment, or you can close the motorized shades for privacy.

In the heart of the River District where you will find a variety of restaurants to choose from: For Italian we have Bruno’s of Brooklyn, Capones. Seafood there is Izzy’s. Mexican you will enjoy Cabo’s or 3 Pepper. For Sushi there is Ichiban and Blu Sushi. The lodge is a great place for BBQ. The standard is a variety as they serve lunch and dinner as well as Brunch on Sundays. Ford’s Garage, Firestone. Mason’s lobster roll is a great place. You will find several ice cream shops as well as a French bakery “Le Macaron” and other tempting delights tucked away in the downtown area. Also in walking distance away from downtown but on the river is Pincher’s Seafood. If you dine in the afternoon the sunsets are amazing there. Also Oxbow downtown offers a great river view.
Directly behind the townhome a short distance is a small Plaza with Publix, First Watch serving breakfast and lunch, a liquor store, Chinese take out, as well as a nail salon. Just behind Publix is Coastal Dayz Brewery. There is also a larger brewery in the downtown district called Millennial Brewing Company. Also for nightlife Firestone has a rooftop bar as well as the Luminary Hotel. The Lucky Screw is open for lunch and dinner with live entertainment.
A short Walk to the Edison home. Enjoy art walk, music walk in downtown Fort Myers as these are monthly events. The river is one block if you decide to catch the sunset in the evening.
