Thank you for your frank and honest feedback. I appreciate that. I'm also relieved and pleased that you still found my place calm and relaxing... and I thank for your positive public review on airbnb.
I will respond as follows:
1- I was more than surprised and very disappointed to learn that Robin came upstairs. We have an agreement whereby he may not do that when I have airbnb guests. I apologize for the inconvenience.
2- Genevieve is moving out at the end of this month. She's been there nearly 2 years and has been a wonderful long-term guest. Once she moves out, I will not be renting out that room but shall keep it for myself and family, and will rent it out as part of the house on airbnb. I mention this in case you would like to come back for another retreat at some point. The point being that there will not be any noise from a 'neighbour'.
3- I also apologize about the iffy cleanliness. I normally clean the place myself and leave it spic and span. This is the first time that I paid someone to do it for me - because I was away.
In future, should you wish to rent from me again, please remind me that you stayed there before and that I offered to reduce the booking price on your next visit - which is what I am offering to do.
All the best, and come again! :-)
