Rustic Red Cliff Log Lodge in the Animas Valley. 5 minutes north of Durango, 15 minutes to Purgatory, .5 miles to PJs Gourmet Market and .5 miles to the Durango Hot Springs and Spa. 4BR, 4Bth, game room with bar, ping pong, basketball court, lots of parking for RVs, trailers and vehicles. The house includes a full kitchen, smart TVs, WiFi and washer and dryer. The garage you see in the picture is the finished game room with ping pong, bumper pool and a deck with chairs, included in your stay

We are a family of 4 living just across the Valley. We have been in Durango since 98' and enjoy skiing, rafting, kayaking, biking and all the mountains have to offer. We are a fireman and nurse serving our local community. We purchased this house in 2009 and lived in it for 10 years. The house was originally a ski lodge located in Vallecito by the lake. The home was won in a card game and moved to the location it sits in the valley in 1988. It was narrowly missed by Missionary Ridge Fire in 2002. You can see the burn scar as you drive through the valley.
