Full kitchen & living room. Relaxing deck with glimpse of the mountains. Private entrance w/ driveway parking. Very clean home in quiet neighborhood; family-friendly, <1 mile walk to Main St, local park for kids, drive 20 mins to over 200 restaurants.

- Only 30 mi to Shen. National Park entrance
- 25 min drive to JMU, Shenandoah River, Luray Caverns.
- Central to Massanutten, Bryce, & Wintergreen ski resorts.

Up to 2 dogs welcome (for a fee; goes toward extra cleaning for an immaculate space!)

The space
1 BR (queen bed), 1 BA. Also a full size pull out couch in living room. Fast Wi-Fi, kid-friendly space, smart TV for streaming, and a classic piano for enjoyment. Full kitchen well-stocked with pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot, French press and kettle. Welcoming outdoor deck with rockers and string lights for evening relaxation.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire half of duplex including 1 BR, 1 BA, living room and full kitchen. Guests have private porch, private driveway and are welcome to enjoy the large, grassy shared yard.

Other things to note
BNB is half of a duplex (separate space with its own address/ entrance/ driveway); it shares one wall & ceiling with next door apartment. Shared yard.

We accept up to 2 dogs; dogs must be listed at time of reservation (as there is a pet fee toward extra cleaning; we are passionate about providing a fresh/clean space for every guest!)
