Just 10 minutes walking from the Duomo of Milan, attached of the great shopping street of Corso XXII Marzo, with bars, restaurants and dynamic nightlife, you'll find this lovely, light 45 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of a completely renewed historic building. From here you can easily discover the heart of Milan even walking, but if you prefer, the area is well served by the common transport.
The area is very lively even during the day, being the International Design School just in front, and many shops around.
We are also happy to organize you airport transfers at your arrival and departure.
We renovated the flat recently, it offers a youngish Italian atmosphere starting from the design fridge of Smeg, style of the 50's ( but new obviously :), practical and colourful furnitures, and a lot of lights! As you enter, you arrive in the main room, where in one corner we set up a living room area with a sofa bed ( sleeps 2 persons if you open it), in front of the kitchen area equipped with all you may need for cooking.
The little bathroom is with shower and a design washing machine.
At the back side of the apartment ( opens to the back courtyard ) is situated the bedroom with a loft double bed above the studio area. On the pictures it's not visible, but we have put a protection on the side of the bed, to make it more secure.
The whole apartment is very silent, thanks to its position in the internal courtyard of the building, so despite of the active nightlife in the area you will sleep well.
Very nice, young people in the neighborhood.
We are a young, dynamic family with 3 kids, so the flat is definitely too small for us :) We live 15 min from the apartment, so if you need any help we can easily get there in a short time. We speak english, french, italian and hungarian. We'll be happy to give you all useful information to enjoy the best your stay in Milan, should it be short or long!
Please do not smoke in the apartment, and on the corridor in the internal courtyard, you may disturb the neighbours. We have separate dustbins for plastic, paper and glass; please help us by using the correct dustbins for each items.
What else?... We love this little apartment, witness of our first period in Milan...so we ask you to respect and protect it, as if it would be yours... :) thank you!
Ops, 1 important thing: we can't do check-in on the weekend after midday Saturday!
Appartamento perfetto, Virag e Matteo sono simpaticissimi, se devo tornare a Milano sarebbe qui per sicuro ! Grazie Mille e a presto !
Great location, Virag and Matteo are very very nice, I would live here again if I would have to go back to Milan.
We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment is perfectly located to the centre within walking distance to main tourist attractions. Virag is very attentive and a great host. We highly recommend this listing.
I'm a young and dynamic woman, I'm Hungarian as origin, but i live in Milan since 2004. With my husband we have 3 kids. I'm a classical ballet teacher, i teach 4-10 years old kids to love and enjoy the dance!
I'm very open-minded and patient, careful on details, trustable person overall. I'm very keen on honesty and transparency.
We love to travel with my husband, before the kids we had a lot of adventurous trips, but now we are more "comfortable", as the kids are still small... but the world is waiting for us!
We have a lot of international friends from all around the world, we love to discover other cultures and live it knowing local people.
Hopefully you'll feel at home in our lovely apartment during your Milan trip!
