There is a lockbox for key retrieval so there can be no interaction if desired. Or you may run into me around the grounds I live on the first floor but have a separate entrance. Nearby for any assistance.
Our neighborhood has become hip: several great restaurants, including Colombian, Peruvian, Indian, German, Korean, an Irish bar and two coffee shops. Capone's home made pasta shop with olives, deserts and cheese is unbeatable. Our Union Square Saturday morning farmer's market from Memorial day to Thanksgiving is the best in Boston (commonly known!).
Buses go to red and green subway lines to major shopping areas and Harvard Square a mile away.
