Great home, great host, close to everything.
Emily's house is quite simply a haven of birdsong and home from home comfort.
From the most comfortable mattresses, fantastically stocked kitchen to the personal touches which make it special we found Emily's apartment simply perfect.
My dad is elderly and needed a special place to stay. He settled in instantly and was happy and relaxed right from the start.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Emily.
Jenny : )
The apartment was really large, clean and very pleasant with a nice balcony where we enjoyed the sun. Everything what we needed was there - we could cook our own meals, but on the first evening the house owner Emily brought us some dinner! That was really nice, we really felt at home.
Boston has an easy bike-rental system, and we used to rent bikes from around the corner to cycle to Cambridge where we had to be. It was all very convenient and easy - as explained by the owner.
The apartment is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, which was perfect for us.
Beautiful house, great quite location.Emily was the perfect host, did all she could to make our stay in Boston very enjoyable. We'll be back soon.
Great, comfortable, beautiful apartment in a quiet vicinity. The host is gracious and extremely friendly and helpful. We shall definitely return next time we are in town.
A great apartment. House is in a nice location and the apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well furnished (kitchen is very nice, cookware is high end and not what you usually expect). Emily is a warm and wonderful host. Really felt like a home away from home
Excellent business stay, yet I could certainly imagine booking with Emily again for a vacation stay as well. She is a superb hostess and immediately made me feel welcomed the moment I checked into this apartment.
Once I got the lay of the land, I found the location worked beautifully. Plus, because the house is on a hill and above Union Square, it proved to be a quiet spot with very little traffic noise.
The kitchen is terrific and the living room spacious and great for entertaining a small gathering of friends.
The light is excellent and the view is soothing, through large graceful trees. Then there is the deck with a grill...
Overall, I was grateful to have thought to look on AirBnB for something like this. The intensity of the work week got balanced beautifully by returning every night to this wonderful abode.
Cheers, Emily! Well done!
A truly wonderful, cozy and spacious place to stay! My colleague and I were in the area for a training and stumbled upon this gem. The only thing I would've changed is extending our time to have more time to relax in the apartment. Emily was so gracious, responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and have since spread the word to others.
Emily's apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and very well-equiped. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. I was attending a conference at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, it was about a 45 minute work to just past Harvard Square.
Emily was a fabulous host. Her apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. She was available to answer questions we had regarding food, transportation and activities. We appreciated the information she had available for guests (maps/flyers/etc.), and the amenities in the kitchen. We would certainly stay here again.
