I stayed with Agnes for a week and it was really an exquisite experience. Agnes is a very nice host and helped me with everything I needed. The flat is ever nicer than described, middle in interesting neighborhood and with subway to city center around the corner. Strongly recommended.
Agnes es una excelente anfitriona. La ubicacion de la casa es excelente, muy cerca del subte.
Agnes was very nice and caring. She did everything to make us feel comfortable and was always available. The room was lovely, warm and big enough for three persons. We could use her living room, two bathrooms and the kitchen. Breakfast was included, snacks and sodas were in our room, which we were very thankful for. There was an iron, a dryer and an extra heater in our room. The apartment is on sixth floor, but there is a lift in the house. The neighbours are very nice and helpful. The sub was just next to the apartment, four station away from times square. So, from every point of view, it was a nice stay!
Agnes' Harlem pad is great, served my needs perfectly. She did everything she said, accommodated my late night arrival time, had a really clean space, big private room, and the place was close to several subway stops. There is also an excellent cafe a short walk away that I went to both mornings for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. She also offered me breakfast and had plenty of snacks available, but I was too much on the go.
Agnes was a very kind host, almost always at home and caring about everything. She keeps a lot of tourist information in the booked rooms, can give you more information about shows and restaurants, offers fans, shampoo and lotion. She changed the bed clothes every 3 days and the towels quite often. Kitchen and bathrooms are very clean. She did not mind us coming and going during day and night. We could use the shower and the gas stove 24/7. Furthermore she offered a lot of organic food, all kinds of drinks and snacks. We had very nice conversations. I can only recommend a stay in her home. The place is quiet and we felt save all the time. There is a lift in the house up to her floor.
I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience than our stay with Agnes. She was warm, welcoming, and the room was better than I could expect. This was our first trip to NY, and I will rebook with Agnes without hesitation when we plan on returning.
Her apartment is very near the subway with main lines to almost anywhere you could want to go, and her building's elevator was a welcome relief after a day of walking the city. The room was clean and large and private. We loved it.
The listing was very accurate. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at Agnes' space. She went above and beyond to make us both feel welcome. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, and has a variety of places to buy food, or order delivery. I highly recommend Agnes and her apartment.

Love all music, but am a jazz aficionado.
Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything -Plato
