Please Note: This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Newport on vibrant Bellevue Avenue. While this prime location offers unmatched convenience and walkability, guests may occasionally hear street activity, traffic, and city sounds, especially during weekends and Newport's busy summer season. If you enjoy being in the center of the action, you'll love this location.

Everything is walking distance from our apartment. The neighborhood has restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, cafes, souvenir stores, liquor stores, etc.

* This apartment is located on the **second floor** of the building.
There is no elevator**, and guests must use stairs to access the apartment.

# Parking Information

**Parking is NOT included with the apartment rental.**

# Summer Season (May 1 – October 31)

Parking in Newport can be very limited and expensive during the summer months.

We offer **one reserved parking space** in a secure, gated private lot located behind our building for **$35 per night**, paid in advance.

To guarantee your parking space, payment must be received **before 3:00 PM on your arrival day**. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide the parking instructions and remote control access.

Please note:

* Only one parking space is available per apartment.
* Spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed without advance payment.

# Winter Season (November 1 – April 30)

Free street parking and some public parking options are generally available throughout Newport. However, street parking is not guaranteed, and spaces may be limited depending on weather and local events.

For guests who prefer a guaranteed parking space, our private parking option remains available year-round for **$35 per night**.

Neighborhood highlights

The highlight about this neighborhood is for sure the Tennis Hall of Fame and The Mansions on Bellevue Ave. Historic and beautiful places to visit!

I would add Cliff Walk and the restaurants downtown with harbor view as my favorite ones. It’s hard to beat this location!!

Some other highlights about the neighborhood are the local stores and cafes! We have lots of souvenir, antique, clothing stores around here.
