We loved Patricia's studio! Patricia herself (email hidden), and the cozy studio was just right for our little mid-week getaway. It was our first time visiting Asbury Park and we were delighted to find that things were pretty walkable -- we were even able to walk to the beach on a couple of days. (Most days we still drove, so that we could bring our cooler and other bulky beach supplies). We cook a lot, and the kitchen was fantastic for all our needs. High praise!!!
we had a great time at the studio! patricia was very accommodating by allowing us to have our friends join us for a night on short notice. fairly convenient to the train station and downtown / the beach….a little bit of a walk, but not bad at all. overall, a great experience and we would do it again!
My daughter and I had a WONDERFUL time at Patricia's studio. She went above and beyond - picked us up at the train station + lent us a yoga mat and a wagon + and provided perfect recommendations on a moments notice. We had such a great time, we ended up extending our stay. The space has a great feel and it was easy to feel at home. I highly recommend - we will be back!
Also the neighborhood is a blast.
Easy to get to and from the train station, which is great. About a 15 minute walk to the beach which is perfect (just don't forget anything before you leave). Patricia had some great recommends for restaurants and sights to see. Totally recommend Patricia's place.
We had a great time in Patricia's studio. She wasn't there but her friend Shonda was very nice and sweet. She helped us with everything that we needed. The place is very cute and clean. The bed wasn't perfect for a couple, but it was OK. It was extremely and uncommon hot in Asbury Park and the AC wasn't enough but Shonda brought to us a big fun and everything was great. Thanks Patricia.
Just like advertised, wonderful. A cool, shady place to slink back to after getting sun-blasted on the beach. Fluffy towels, friendly people to help out. Buried in neighboorhoody Asbury Park, a long walk or super-short bike or drive to beach and boardwalk, and other beaches with different personalities are just up and down the shore if Asbury's not your bag.
Only one thing to note: the fridge is a mini fridge, so if you bring your ice cream maker, hypothetically, it's not going to fit inside the freezer cabinet.
This (email hidden) to stay on the shore. Patricia was lovely and the place was totally private, with everything you need. It is really easy to walk to and from the station (five minutes) and the beach (maybe 15-20) - you don't need a car. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Patricia!
I loved staying here and Patricia (email hidden). It was a cute cozy studio house and anything I needed was seen to quickly, plus I really enjoyed talking with her.
Patricia (email hidden) from start to finish. Our trip was
rather last-minute on Labor Day weekend but Patricia promptly answered all of our questions before booking and followed up immediately after to make sure our needs would be met during our stay.
The studio apartment exactly suited our needs. It comfortably slept
two with room for more and was furnished with all the necessities.
Patricia even had some recommendations of places to eat and see
nearby. We visited several and found her recommendations were spot-on.
The studio is a ways from the beach, so having a car is recommended.
But there are so many wonderful places to visit you'll be glad you had
it. Patricia was able to point us to several hidden treasures we would
not have found on our own.
All in all....double thumbs up!
