Enjoy an amazing stay in our gorgeous, centrally-located, first floor, balcony flat, set in a converted Regency building in Brighton's trendy Kemptown. Light floods in through 3 full length windows, which look out to sea. Full of original features: accessible balcony, marble fireplace, wooden shutters, wood floors & decorative plasterwork, to all the ceilings (one with hanging chandelier). The flat also has GCH, a neat open plan, well equipped, kitchen, bathroom/shower & a cosy double bedroom.

The space
A beautiful one bedroom flat, which provides you with all mod cons at the same time as enjoying the style of a Listed Property. This is our own holiday flat, which we have recently listed on Airbnb. We hope you will enjoy Brighton and our flat, as much as we do!

Where you’ll be

Kemptown, England, United Kingdom

The thing you will notice most about Kemp Town is how friendly the people here are. Go into any of the local shops and restaurants and there always seems to be a genuine friendly vibe. You can buy most things you need in our wide range of local shops. The emphasis is on local produce of which there is a great variety.

The sea is only a few minutes walk from our front door. North Laine, The Lanes, Brighton Palace Pier, the unique 19th Century Royal Pavilion and Museum, British Airways Observation Tower, Brighton Sea Life and the Volks Electric Railway are all within short walking distance. Buses are a regular, reliable resource to get around. Bike hire is also available, particularly as a way of exploring the coastal path.
