Great Access : Eliot was originally built as the separate town of Albina in the late 1800s. It's one of the oldest neighborhoods in Portland. Workers took a ferry across the river to work in the city of Portland. Many helped build the seawall. Now, Eliot is one of the closest 'inner' neighborhoods in town. This is a great walking and biking neighborhood. (there is a bike rental shop 2 blocks away).
Marijuana is legal in Oregon. There is a shop around the corner on MLK Blvd.
This is a duplex, so you do share the building. The driveway is not suitable for parking, because a vehicle will block the sidewalk. The private entrance to the upstairs apartment is located in the back, through a locked gate on the East side of the house. Please be respectful of noise level.
