The space
House is located walking distance (around 600 ft to lake) to private Lake Wallenpaupack access for swimming, kayaking(2 Kayaks, life jackets, paddles included), or hanging out at the shoreline. Docks are NOT included. Please do not walk on the docks they are private. Seasonal partial lake view from front deck. Enchanted Teepee / Tipi in the woods for a unique photo opportunity. Fire pit in the rear with chairs. Rear deck with outdoor table and seating for 6. Front deck with seating. Please note that the docks are private property not included with this rental.

NO PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY

Enter the front door using your personal digital code into the living room which has a sectional couch, tv, and small recliner. Checker/chess, tic-tac-toe both at the coffee table.

Off the living room is the kitchen with dishwasher, large sink, standard size refrigerator, microwave, plates, cups, basic utensils, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish soap, sponge, cleaning spray. Also in the kitchen is the bar which offers seating for an additional 4.

Through the kitchen is the dining area with a square table with 4 chairs and 2 benches which seats 8 adults comfortably, more with kids. Views of the backyard wooded area from here.
Also located in the dining area is the coffee/wine bar area, find a coffee maker, coffee, electric tea kettle, mugs, sugar, creamer, champagne glasses, wine glasses and wine rack here.

Main bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, towels in hall closet, wash cloths , hand towels, toilet paper, hand soap.

Half bath has toilet, sink, mirror, hand soap, toilet paper.

Bedroom one has bunk bed with pull out trundle, smart tv.(half bath located in this bedroom)

Bedroom two has queen bed with pull out trundle, night stand, smart tv.

Bedroom three has queen bed, night stand, smart tv.

Bedrooms and living space all on one floor. One step in to the house from the back door.

Guest access
Rental is of the main floor, both driveways, both decks, and backyard. Basement is not accessible. One cleaning closet locked, some kitchen cabinets locked.

This is an ANIMAL FREE house due to allergies. No animals allowed please do not ask

During winter months we strongly suggest awd vehicles if we are expecting snow. The snow company comes out for 3+ inches of snow

Smoke free property

Window air conditioners are installed prior to Memorial Day and are removed after Labor Day.

Kayaks are available from May 15th to October 15th

Please ensure that all personal items are collected prior to checking out. Our cleaning crew is instructed to donate or discard any items left behind unless they are claimed within 7 days of checkout.

If you wish to have an item shipped back, a $150 handling fee, plus shipping costs, will apply. Please note, we cannot expedite the shipping process, and we cannot guarantee that all items can be returned. Additionally, pickup of items is not allowed.

We kindly ask that you check all rooms thoroughly before leaving to ensure nothing is forgotten.

All guests and day-guests including infants and toddlers, must be registered on the initial booking. Total amount of guests can not exceed house limit (8 guests).
