With a tropical pool, and garden, Gypsea is perfect for surfers, snorkelers, and ocean lovers. Our satellite internet, backup water system and solar system ensures your comfort.

Our property is up the hill from Pools Beach (10min walk downhill/uphill) and a short drive away from everything Rincón and the west side of PR has to offer.

The space
Gypsea is a small one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with kitchenette. Ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable place between surf sessions, snorkel adventures, or paddleboard mornings.

Tucked into a four-unit property, Gypsea is a small unit with a view to our tropical garden and pool.

This unit has a small parking spot. For reference a Ford Bronco or Hyundai Kona fit perfectly.

If your vehicle is too large, we can show you where there is street parking, a short walk from the property.

Residential area. We are on a beach access road.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside on the property.

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. We have a shared pool and tropical garden with beautiful plants and fruit trees. We also have backyard hens (just hens—no roosters!) Please do not feed or pet the animals.

This is a four unit property. Each unit has a separate entrance and this unit has a separate parking spot. The parking spot is not covered, as mentioned in one of our reviews.

Other things to note
This property is in a residential area. We are off of the famous Route 413 , affectionately called " the Road to Happiness". Our property was built by a family many years ago and is now run by our family.

Our property is solar-powered, connected to the grid, equipped with satellite internet and a backup water system ensuring amenities. We run on solar as much as possible.

No smoking inside the property; Please do not litter. Don’t use glass or ceramic by the pool. You may be charged for items broken, lost or stained during your stay. Please take care of our place.

We provide toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner as a starter pack. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. We provide umbrellas; no chairs.
