Linda waiting for me at her gate with her cute dogs was my first introduction to Wyoming- a little bit of spunk, true grit, and hard natural beauty, was only matched in the charming coziness of the home and warm friendliness of Linda and Mike. To be specific, I stayed on their outdoor porch- a beautiful place they have outfitted with the comfort and decor of a luxury suite- but that is screened in with drapes for privacy if you wish- so you get almost a 'glamping' feeling. i was a little shy about using the outdoor shower and privy, so linda was kind enough to allow me to use their shower inside the main house. the comfortable bed and good linens were good protection against the chill you might encounter, however i loved falling asleep to the sound of the nearby river...the great american eclipse brought me to linda & mike's house, and linda was kind enough to follow up with me for the rest of my journey which i appreciate a lot, as well as the special exception she did for me ;)...please stay at their home, you won't be disappointed, it is a lovely place owned by lovely people, wish i could have stayed longer!

We were originally going to stay on the porch but it was windy and raining so we got to stay in the tent she also has and it was amazing! We loved it. We had dinner outside and got cosy under the covers when it started raining and just listened to the rain! It was a wonderful experience and one that I would do again!

Linda and her family were wonderful hosts !! We were lost on the road but Linda was very patient and kind to us. Our night on her cozy porch was amazing, her lovely grandkids even brought us breakfast in the morning. They all took great care of us. We felt right at home. We would definitely go back and hope we will !! Thank you again for your hospitality Linda ! Andrea & Laura from Corsica

A fantastic place if you like the isolation. The porch can be a bit windy to sleep on so it was good that I was offered the option of sleeping in the tent instead, which I did and loved the unusual style of accomodation for a change. Linda,Mike and the three dogs all made me feel very welcome and gave me the option of using the inside or outside washing and toilet facilities if I wanted to. I used all the outside ones and they were just fine.

We enjoyed our one night stay at Mike and Linda's Humming Bjrd Covered Porch. We had just come from Yellowstone where it had been snowing and you could see snow on the mountains in the distance, so it was a cool night on the porch. However we were nice and warm in the big bed on the porch. Beautiful sunrise in the morning which we could see from our bedroom outside! It was like glamping. Thanks Mike and Linda

This was one of the most relaxing stays one could imagine. Linda met us as soon as we got there, showed us around and made sure we felt comfortable Mike and Linda have an amazing place in an amazing location. You can drive into Cody or to Yellowstone. However if you stay on the road going past their street you will see more than your fair share of wildlife and beautiful Wyoming scenery. As a matter of fact I was greeted by 2 bucks and 4 doe on the way to the bathroom this morning. All the reviews stating Linda's kindness and hospitality are not exaggerated. You will be glad to be there.

We are glad you had an enjoyable stay. It is hard for one to take in all the sights this area has to offer in a couple of days. Next trip... come back and explore more. It was a pleasure meeting you. Enjoy Wyoming!

We have lived on the South Fork of Cody, WY for over 30 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Airbnb is a fabulous way to share this beautiful area with others. We both enjoy the outdoors with a western flair.

We have two wonderful children who are both married and we now enjoy time with our grand kids. We look forward to meeting new and wonderful people.
