Casa Al-Gharb is located in a very quiet residential area in Patroves/Albufeira, about 4 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve. Casa Al-Gharb is equipped with a large pool.

The space
The 2nd floor, where the main entrance is, has a large living room with a Moorish dome, from where you have a fantastic sea view, as well as a very well-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with adjoining bathroom, with a hot tub and a small living room with a sofa bed for 2 children. The large living room and the 2 bedrooms have air conditioning.
You can access the garden with pool directly from your bedrooms. In the garden there are sun loungers, seats, summer kitchen and garden furniture as well as a gas grill.
Like all our vacation rentals, it has satellite TV (German-speaking channels) and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films partly in English original language) and fast fiber optic Internet.

The vacation home includes 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathroom, 1 living-bedroom, as well as a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower for the living-bedroom. The Casa Al-Gharb is for max. 4 adults and 2 children.

The rental price includes one interim cleaning per week with a change of bed linens.
The nearest golf course is in Salgados about 5 km away, the large Algarve Shopping mall is 7 km away and the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 km away.

The house has security cameras in front of the entrance door, pool area, side area of the house as well as at the parking space for the car. These cameras are all turned off. Furthermore, the pool camera is covered again.

Other things to note
We are always available to help you during your vacation (restaurants, excursion destinations, doctors and much more) and also help you with regard to rental cars or airport pick-up. We also hand over the apartment to you personally. In emergencies, we are available 24 hours a day.

We emigrated from Austria to the Algarve in 2011. Since our own vacation apartment Felipe at Club Nautilus was always very well occupied, we founded our rental agency Sonhos de Ferias in 2015. In a short time, we have succeeded in adding more than 40 vacation apartments and vacation homes exclusively for you. We hear the wishes of vacationers every day and try to implement them together with the owners.
