Sunny loft conversion on the 3rd floor in a classic white stucco building in the heart of the village-y part of Notting Hill. 1 bedroom, separate sleeping loft with futon (not suitable for small kids or people with mobility issues) There is 1 bathroom, a large open plan living / dining, and separate kitchen. The kitchen has been refurbished since the pictures you see here. The flat is beautifully furnished. With Portobello Market and countless great restaurants, cafes, delis, bookshops and boutiques right on your doorstep. The flat has 10 windows and 3 skylights, so its fantastically sunny, even on a grey day, and because its one of the famous communal gardens (as featured in the movie, Notting Hill) its surprisingly quiet. The best of both worlds - high ceilings, loads of light AND direct access to the garden, from the back of the building. The perfect place for a picnic, reading or enjoying a sundowner at the end of a long day. Great transport links - West End in 10 mins. Ladbroke Grove tube is 5 mins away and Notting Hill tube is 10 mins away. Plus good bus service and nearby Boris bikes if you are feeling energetic! Free wifi. i-pod dock. Nespresso machine (but capsules not provided!) IF THERE IS A SMALL GAP IN MY CALENDAR I WILL CONSIDER A 3 NIGHT BOOKING! OTHERWISE I'M AFRAID 4 NIGHTS IS MY MINIMUM.
Fabulous private communal garden, as featured in the movie "Notting Hill". It runs the length and breadth of the block and is accessed directly out of the back of the building. It can only be used by people who live directly on the garden so is safe and quiet and beautifully planted. A wild and romantic place right in the heart of the city, it is totally magical. Take a picnic down there and lie beneath the trees, or just sit and read a book with a cappuccino from any of the local delicious local cafes, or enjoy a sundowner as the garden is a real sun trap.

I will meet you on arrival and am always available via email, text or phone if you need help or advice. But basically the flat is yours to enjoy.
Wow, where to begin? Loads of great restaurants, cafes, delis, boutiques, the world famous Portobello Market is literally about a 1 minute walk away. The lesser known Golborne Road Market (which intersects at the top of Portobello and is about a 10 minute walk up Portobello Road) is also really fun to wander around. Its a Portuguese and Morroccan neighbourhood and has a really authentic vibe. I've made a book of my favourite things to do in the neighbourhood and beyond - favourite places for breakfast, for dinner, favourite markets, favourite places to shop etc and that is in the flat for you to be inspired by!
Super well located. A bus stop opposite that serves the West End and some other useful destinations. Ladbroke Grove tube is 5 mins walk away and Notting Hill Gate tube is about 10 mins walk away. Boris Bikes are located in the next street over (Blenheim Crescent) and Gatwick, Stansted and Heathrow Airports are all easy to reach by public transport.

A 3 NIGHT STAY MIGHT BE POSSIBLE if it fits into a short gap in my calendar!

Check in is at or after 3.00pm on day of arrival, and check out is by 10.00am on day of departure. If I can be flexible with these times I will be, but it depends a lot on what other bookings I have.
