Former industrial loft on two levels with a private garden, renovated by Milanese architects with great attention to detail and comfort. Located in a beautiful area of the Navigli, quiet and set back from the bustle, surrounded by unique design lofts, creative studios, and charming boutiques. The space
Former marble workshop transformed into a 110 sqm loft with a 30 sqm private garden, renovated by the Milanese architectural collective Mariaplatz. Here, authentic industrial charm meets original artworks and contemporary furnishings, creating a bright, quiet, and welcoming atmosphere.

Two levels of comfort:

Ground floor: spacious living room with 50” TV and orthopedic sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and direct access to the garden.

Mezzanine: bedroom with a high-quality double bed, blackout blinds, and TV.

The private, furnished garden is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine at sunset.

Premium amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs (one 50”), fully equipped kitchen, Dyson fan, quality bed linen and towels.

Located in a unique setting of design lofts, showrooms, and creative studios, in the heart of Navigli-Tortona, just minutes from restaurants, galleries, cocktail bars, and Milan’s main attractions. Excellent tram and bus connections to the Duomo, Bocconi University, and Porta Ticinese.

At the moment, finishing works are being completed in a nearby building. The house itself is very quiet, but there may be noise during the day due to these final construction activities.

Navigli, Università Bocconi, Porta Ticinese and Colonne di San Lorenzo are 10-20 minutes walking distance with a large selection of restaurants, bars, historical areas and parcs to enjoy Milan.
