The space

It is a very quiet place, surrounded by jungle, where you can enjoy the tropical flowers in the area and the nursery, five minutes away from downtown, located in one of the best neighborhood in town.

It's a new neighborhood six blocks away from the main avenue, surrounded by jungle, beautiful houses and nice environment, you can move walking ten minutes away from downtown and bus station, or three minutes away by bicycle, if you have a car, we have parking lot at home; by car it's only one minute to downtown. If you go to the beach its 20 min. Away from the house. Even walking, cycling, or driving your car, you can enjoy what Tulum offers from the local point of view .

A unique experience! Host was very helpful! The neighborhood is new, which made it difficult to find. We enjoyed the mosquito netting for the bed. There were a few gaps in the screen, so they had passage. There was noise from dogs at night. Joaquin's dog was very sweet!

The place is okay. we could not sleep at night. It was very noisy, mainly because of barking dogs and neighbors.

Kino is a great guy who cares about his guests and is always willing to help. You couldn't ask for a better host. The place is adequately clean and functional for shorter stays. It does have a camping feel so don't be surprised if you see some critters running around in your room…
