Each bedroom has a Full or Queen size bed and private bath with personal ac and fan. The Living Rooms are equipped with Smart TV’s, Bluetooth Speaker, Small Library, Boards Games, and light Exercise Equipment.

This property is considered compound house, which means it is enclosed (gated) and consists of one 4 bed/bath apartment downstairs and one 4 bed/bath apartment upstairs. Each floor has a Living Room and Kitchen. When renting all 8 bedrooms you have full access to the entire house.

The house is gated with a pad lock. Guests will be given the keys to the property when they arrive. Guests have access to their rooms and any shared spaces in the home (living room, kitchen)

Where you’ll be

Our house is located in the friendly local neighborhood Labadi. Labadi is a 5 minute walk from Labone’s restaurants, shops, and pubs.

A short 3 minute drive will land you at Labadi Beach and a short 5 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Osu.

Our house is gated for security and is surrounded by other homes, schools, churches, and soccer field.

PLEASE NOTE:
There is a pub located across the street from the property. The pub is likely to play music during the day and closes between 8-11pm. If you are looking for a quiet stay - this may not be the listing for you. Our street consists of local houses, a pub, barbershop, hair salon, and seamstress. So our area is busy but very safe.

Property is located 15 minutes from Kotoka Airport, 10 minutes from the US Embassy, 5 minutes from Labadi Beach, 5 minutes from Osu, 22 minutes from Accra Mall.

PLEASE NOTE:
