This 90 sqm (1000 sq ft), 5-meter (16 ft) beamed ceiling, loft property is part of a secure gated complex with a large green garden and (extremely rare) private parking.

The interior of the loft is custom-designed, with a spacious bathroom, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, top of the line sound system, a library with over 200 books (real books, remember those…), smart TV with cable service, and ample closet space.

The complex is situated on one of the most desirable locations in Tel Aviv, across from the Suzanne Dalal Center (home of the world-famous Batsheva dance group), within walking distance of the Carmel Market, the beach, the Jaffa antiques and flea markets, and Neve Tzedek’s cobblestone streets filled with gourmet restaurants and artisan boutiques.
