The pool and living and dining areas are on the upper floor to make great use of the cooling breezes and wonderful views west over the Indian Ocean and superb sunsets. About two Km from Kata Beach , the best beach on Phuket in my opinion - safe surf for 6 months and great snorkelling, swimming and sailing the other six months . Kata Beach has great night life, but you are far enough away not to be disturbed by it. The Villa has superfast wireless broadband, Satellite and cable TV , DVD player, ipod dock etc. Downstairs there are four equal sized large double bedrooms, all ensuite . The master bedroom has a massive double Jacuzzi, walk in shower area and twin hand basins with granite worktop. All towels, beach towels and bedding are included. Full size remote control gates and a 4 metre high cut limestone wall protect your privacy. Parking protected.

Villa Jasmine exceeded our expectations. Everything was made easy for us, making for an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The owner and manager are very professional and easy to work with. Our couples experience included the following: - Personal pick-up at the airport by a professional driver in a modern mini-bus - The 2 housekeepers, maintenance man and manager, Khun Noi, all greeted us upon our arrival, as did the owner, Brian Phillips, who was staying next door for the weekend. All are incredibly nice people. - We were immediately given a tour of the property, provided drinks, a bottle of champagne, flowers for the lady and a cell phone with Khun Noi on speed dial available 24/7. - We were asked what time we would like our dinner cooked for us...they had planned a special meal of butterfish and duck curry dishes whenever we would like it cooked. After taking time to unpack and relax a bit, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner. Both dishes were outstanding - see photo! - Every morning, we were able to select a time for breakfast and preferences...eggs, bacon, fruit, fresh bread, pancakes, french toast, etc...whatever you would like, they will get it. The cooking by the two housekeepers was amazing. - A cooler near the pool was kept stocked with a variety of beverages...including my preferred beer. - After traveling for a week in Asia already, I needed laundry service...and 2 days later, everything came back clean and very neatly pressed. - If you would like lunch and/or dinner, they will also cook for you...whatever you would like. They have a recipe book with both Thai and western items, including some photos for ideas. They even have a menu of wines available at the local shop that they will gladly get. - Transportation was a breeze whenever we needed it. Just call Khun Noi to arrange. Kata Beach is nearby. We enjoyed The Boathouse restaurant one evening. - Golf courses are also within 30 minutes (and more are 60 minutes away). Red Mountain is incredible (but expensive), Loch Palm is very nice and more reasonably priced and Phuket Country Club is a good value and third choice for variety at a lower cost. All were very enjoyable to play with great caddy service. Also, the restaurants at the courses were very good for post-game lunches. - Massage is everywhere...for about USD $10/hour or (URL HIDDEN) or out of the villa. We did both but I strongly recommend hiring in. A 50% Thai / 50% oil massage for 90 minutes was great. Khun Noi will arrange, even on rather short notice. - Weather was great. - On our last morning, the entire staff sent us off. Final settlement for items consumed and groceries/wine purchased on our behalf was very professional with itemized bills and receipts. The cost was very reasonable and fractions of what you would pay for meals, snacks, drinks, etc. at a resort. - Return transportation included to the Phuket airport was very prompt and professional. Overall, I can't say enough good things about our stay at Villa Jasmine. I'm already excited about trying to plan my next visit!

All of the building. Our staff are very discreet and will not come into the villa unless you ask them to do so. The rooftop private pool and sun bathing areas are very private, with Ocean and sunset views, just the best! There is also a beautiful little paddling pool beside the main pool. When you switch on the in pool Jacuzzi , water jets from the stone elephant's trunk into this paddling pool. Kids love this feature.

There is a host of Activities we can recommend and arrange for you.
The villa is situated just below the wonderful Big Buddha (the biggest in Thailand) , its towering presence has a very calming effect.
Fabulous amenities nearby, like the Jungle rides in Hanuman World, Elephant Sanctuaries where you can swim and mud bath with the elephants, Water Parks , surf rides and of course the wonderful Kata Beach.

I came to Phuket nearly twenty years ago, and fell in love with the island. I sought out the best beach (Kata Beach), and the best area to build my villa, especially designed for holiday makers' enjoyment. The villa is close to Kata Beach, with great surf for six months of the year from May to October, and flat calm clear water from November to April. Four fabulous golf courses are within half an hour's drive. Take a boat from nearby Chalong Harbor to other islands for a day trip.

I just love living in Phuket . As my friends say when they visit me here - " you are living the dream ..." I sincerely believe that Phuket will become the world's number one tourist destination (if it is not already ). The fantastic weather, the wonderful Thai culture (they do not call it the land of smiles undeservedly) the great food , wonderful golf courses , great beaches - it really does have everything . I would be delighted if you come and stay in Villa Jasmine or Villa Malee. Prada, (my Thai girl friend) and I will be pleased to show you everything on the island from the best restaurants to the great golf courses. We are members at two of the main golf clubs and will be please to sign you in as guests so that you can benefit from the fifty per cent discount off your green fees. I usually organise two mini tournaments per week and you will be welcome to join us, or I can arrange for you to play alone if you prefer. I have friends who own luxury yachts, so a perfect day's sailing on a fast sailing catamaran is easily organised. About 20 years ago, I adopted two baby girls from Thailand and Cambodia respectively and decided that I should invest something for their future in Asia. I searched for several years before deciding on building two superb villas near Kata Beach , Phuket, Thailand . These two villas, Villa Jasmine and Villa Malee are now available for luxury rental , fully serviced with full staff and and two chefs. Each villa has a roof top infinity pool and 4 double bedrooms , all ensuite. Breakfasts of your choice and all other meals are freshly cooked for you. We can also provide luxury return transport from Phuket airport. Our driver will meet you off the plane and our staff will be waiting to greet you at the front door, whatever your arrival time .
