A welcoming 1st floor, one bedroom 723 sq ft condo at Kihei Kai Nani complex across from beautiful Kamaole II beach, in Kihei. It is updated, fully furnished and equipped with full kitchen, Queen size bed (New in 2025 Cooling Casper Foam Mattress) and a fold out Full size sofa-bed. Book with confidence: The Kihei Kai Nani resort has been zoned as a Hotel / Business Resort since it was built in the 70's. It therefore is not impacted by current legislation regarding Short Term Rentals on Maui.

The space
Comfortable, fully equipped ground floor one bedroom condo in Kihei, Maui, within walks and short drives to the best Maui Beaches, across the street from Kamaole II Beach, which is a wonderful sandy, shallow beach, with a nice snorkeling reef. Two miles north of prestigious and very expensive Wilea, our condo at Kihei Kai Nani provides you and your family an ideal location for affordable accomodations on Maui, while enjoying the best beaches, golfing, snorkeling, dining and shopping on the island.

This is unit 125 in Building 5 in the Kihei Kai Nani Complex. The lanai faces the North/West side of the island and has a garden view. The condo is very conveniently located next to the Office, Pool and Laundry Facilities.

The condo provides split system Air Conditioning, high speed wireless internet, 50" Smart TV, Radio, CD, workstation (desk & printer), lanai with garden views, fully equipped kitchen, queen sized bed with a New (2025) Casper Cooling Foam Mattress, full sized Futon (which provides comfortable sleeping for two extra youth or one adult). Towels, kitchen utensils, silverware, plates, pots / pans, beach equipment, etc, all provided. Save money by preparing your own meals. Further, due to its central location and proximity to various restaurants, shops and a but route directly in front of the complex, some guests choose to stay in this complex and avoid the expense of renting a car during their stay.

We purchased condos on Maui because we love Maui so much. We found Kihei Kai Nani to be the perfect place to buy and rent out condos because it is located across the street from three of the best beaches on Maui and it is located in South Kihei, which is the driest, most sunny area of the island and finally, because it is in South Kihei, it is affordable for us and our guests. We have been living in one of our Kihei Kai Nani condos since 2019.
