Absolutely excellent and just what I needed. I should not sing their praises as this is a hidden gem. It is basic accommodations but it more than makes up with the host's kindness and relaxed attitude. I do not like cats but I liked their cats. Nice quiet, safe location on a quiet street. 30 min walk to the Ballpark, 10 min walk to 9th/9th Avenues for eating. Would gladly stay there again.
A wonderful airbnb experience. Shaili was generous with her time, her cooking, her home, and even her cats! She gave me lots of useful information about Salt Lake, and it's because of her that I saw a hilarious play during my stay. She was also respectful of my privacy. Her house is lovely (and smells fabulous) and the neighborhood is great: right by 9th & 9th, felt close to everything and yet was quiet and leafy. This listing is everything it purports to be and more. Shaili, thanks for making my time in SLC special! I wish you all the best with your move and your Twin Peaks viewing (it is seriously the best show ever).
I stayed with Shaili and Anand for 7 nights while attending a national conference in SLC. It was an ideal situation. My days at the conference were long and all I really needed in terms of accommodations was a place to sleep and rejuvenate for the next day ...the bed was extremely comfortable, there were no problems with the shared bath, and the proximity to Bus #209 much appreciated. I enjoyed walking to 900 & 900 for breakfast at 9th South Delicatessen. This was a great alternative to hotel accommodations. I certainly recommend staying with Shaili and Anand.
Shaili was such a great host! Warm, welcoming and caring to all your needs! she will make you feel just at home, especially if,like me, you're not used to the b and b system. Also she likes to know about your country of origin and learn new things! The house is lovely and well decorated, the room is perfect and Shaili has a special attention for everybody with even a coffee machine for guest. No doubt you'll like it very much if you chose it to stay in SLC! Thanks Shaili!
