The space
Poggio Belvedere is a restored 17th-century farmhouse blending rustic charm with modern luxury.
Thanks to the state-of-the-art heating and cooling system throughout the property and the grand ground floor fireplace, Poggio Belvedere operates year-round. Each season brings a new experience at the Estate - from fall harvest, mild winters, and hot summers - there’s always something to experience.
While just a short and easy drive from the hilltop towns of Umbria and Tuscany, the Estate feels as if its in a world of its own, offering unmatched peace, sweeping vineyard views, and the magic of authentic Italy.
The Layout
Designed for families and friends, the property features four distinct spaces across two levels all set within the original foundation of the house. The villa offers incredibly high ceilings and large windows that flood every room with natural light:
- The Gathering Suite (Ground Floor): The heart of the home, perfect for group meals and relaxation. Includes a large kitchen, a welcoming living room with a fireplace, and a dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Features a king bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, and accessibility for those with mobility challenges.
- Lo Studio: Overlooking the estate’s century-old mulberry tree, this inviting apartment has a queen sleeping area, rain shower bathroom, kitchenette, and living and dining space.
- L'Arco Grand Apartment: With olive grove and castle views, this elegant space includes a queen master bedroom, walk-in closet, double-sink bathroom, full kitchen, living room with pull-out couch, and dining area.
- La Vista Penthouse: Boasting panoramic vineyard views, this spacious apartment features a queen master bedroom, walk-in closet, rain shower bathroom, full kitchen, large living area, and private balcony.

When you rent the entire Villa you gain complete and private access to the entirety of the Villa and Estate including grounds, gardens, olive groves, outdoor kitchen/dining and pool areas.
Other things to note
The property and pool are maintained on a daily basis by the owners and their staff with your privacy and peace in mind.
The pool is not heated, yet kept warm by the strong Umbrian sun. The pool is open April-November, however swimming is ideal mid May-early October.
