Pier 33 Grocery & Coffee Shop is across the street. This upgraded condo makes it an easy getaway!

Amenities: Seasonly Heated Indoor / Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Gym, Game Room, Charcoal Grills, Beach Storage & Ample Parking.

The space
Relax between beach adventures. Open the double wide balcony from the primary bedroom & living room. Four counter height captian's chairs provide great views + dining table with 3 stools for beverages, meals and our favorite: Breakfast cooked in the full kitchen!

Each room has a big HDTV with cable and comfortable coastal furniture. The master en suite bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. The second bathroom shares access from the living room with a tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom has Queen / Queen bunk beds offering space to stretch out. All mattresses are comforatable memory foam. The counter height dining table seats 6.

Crystal Shores is a clean complex built in 2004 with fast elevators. The condo is second from the east and second to the top floor.

Guest access
Community amenities are available to all registered Crystal Shores guests. Access fobs are required for all amenities and the beach.

The community is professionally mamaged with daily cleaning, maintence & security personnel on site.

Other things to note
Guests must complete Southern Vacation Rentals registration after AirBNB booking. This includes presenting an ID, rental agreement & credit card authorization.

Fresh linens, blankets and bath towels are included. The condo includes an initial supply of paper products, soap & trash bags.

Pier 33 is a full market across the street that carries most anything you will need during vacation.

The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning, registration & one parking pass. One extra parking pass is available for $50.

Crystal Shores is Beach Front on West Beach Blvd located 1 mile from the 'T' intersection of Highway 59 at 'The Hangout'. Parking is on site and mostly covered. The beach level has community grills, heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and beach storage. The lobby level has a beach front gym, sauna and game room along with vending machines. The complex is access controlled and fobs are required to enter the beach or amenities. Private beach chairs & umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee.
