We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in West Hollywood. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and very private - exactly as it was described in the listing.
The location was brilliant. We were in walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and a few attractions too.
Michael and our host Steve made sure we had everything we needed and were always on hand to help when we needed anything at all.
We would definitely stay again of we ever make another trip to downtown LA.
The studio apartment was beautiful and exactly what i needed i will most certainly be back .
This studio is in a great location- easy to get anywhere. It is very close to Lemonade (casual restaurant), Madeo (great Italian restaurant), Bristol Farms for groceries, etc.
The space is very clean and it feels like a real home. The owner gave us a parking permit to place on our dashboard so we never had any problems parking. It was very easy and there was always a spot right in front. The only things I would note are that there isn't air conditioning down there (but he gave us 2 fans which came in handy). This is a separate studio that is actually the basement of a home. There is a separate entrance for the studio. If you want a quiet place to rest and have alone time, this is great. But I would not come here if you are having a party weekend with friends or if you tend to be kind of loud. We were very careful not to make any noise and to be respectful of the owners who live upstairs. He was very nice and you have total privacy and you don't see them unless you were to call to ask them something.
Michael was a great host! Communication was easy, and swift. He gave plenty of great tips about the area. From the apartment, there is a lovely food joint a minute away called Lemonade (which Michael suggested), and it has awesome fresh, clean salads and juices. We loved it! In general the locale of the property is great. Via car, everything is in close proximity.
More importantly, the apartment itself is fantastic. The place is super clean and very well maintained. To top it off, the bed was great- super comfy! We had a fantastic experience. Our first airbnb experience too-he's set the standard high.
This studio apartment was just like the photos. Prime location to Beverly Blvd and N Robertson Blvd. Easy to get anywhere in LA from here. Michael had the home owner, Steve, welcome me in to the apartment. He was a gracious host, offering bottled water, large screen TV with a full cable line up, bathroom amenities such as soaps and lotions, and a very plush bed. Extremely clean and well maintained. Everything worked as it should. The apartment has private entry from the garage, secured underground parking with push button gate entry on key chain, and is located on the back side of the building which blocks off any traffic noise from the surrounding streets. It is by a medical clinic, which at night seems to get busy with helicopters on the weekend and can only be heard if all the windows are open (I am only assuming the clinic and choppers go hand in hand... Maybe LA has a lot of air traffic at night in the area?) Turning on the fan in the room totally blocked any outside noise and made for a very peaceful sleep. This comment is not a negative as much as it is an FYI should you be wanting total utter silence which might be impossible in LA, but you could do a lot worse. Experienced 2 earthquakes, which I slept through thanks to the amazing memory foam bed. Starbucks is a quick 3 block walk down the street as is the biggest Macy's I've ever seen. Grab a reservation for lunch at The Ivy which is a couple blocks over - won't disappoint (saw a number of celebs there.) Thank you to Michael and Steve - I would definitely recommend the home and hospitality to anyone looking to stay in WeHo / Beverly Hills.
Had an amazing stay here in LA - very pretty apartment, spacious, comfortable, very clean and has everything you need. Felt right at home! The location is also perfect, West Hollywood and just off Beverly Blvd, within walking distance to loads of amazing restaurants and shops. Also, has secure parking too which was an added bonus. Michael was an excellent host, communicated frequently, and likewise Steve and Phyllis were both attentive hosts and full of fantastic recommendations for the area! I couldn't recommend this place more and would love to come again next time in LA!
