The space
This home is a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed beach house where everyone fits without feeling cramped. Each room carries a unique “Sunset Surf” vibe to help you unwind and connect.

Living & Lounging: Relax on two large, down-filled couches in the living room, which includes a hide-a-bed for extra sleeping space and a 58-inch Roku Smart TV. Double doors open directly to the patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen features a large island with seating for five, a spacious pantry, and a dedicated coffee and tea bar. You'll find all the cookware, utensils, basic spices, and even a Ninja blender you need to prepare your favorite meals and frozen drinks.

Bedrooms & Sleeping: With 12 beds featuring premium memory foam mattresses, everyone is guaranteed a restful night. Each room has a fan for your comfort, and bunk beds include individual shelves, lights, and child-proof outlets.
Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Queen bed with a fun, surf-and-turf theme.
Bedroom 2 (Main Level): King bed, a desk, a 48-inch Roku TV, and a private door to the patio.
Bedroom 3 (Main Level): One full bed and a triple-twin bunk bed, with its own mini-split air conditioner and a 48-inch Roku TV.
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): One full bed and a triple-twin bunk bed, located next to the master and stocked with kids' toys and a 48-inch Roku TV.
Bedroom 5 (Upstairs Master): King bed with an ensuite bathroom, a vanity/desk area, and deck access overlooking the backyard.

Outdoor Oasis: The large, private backyard is your personal paradise. Enjoy the magical evening lighting, play games like Corn Hole and Connect 4, or simply relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean at night. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes rinsing off after the beach a breeze.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and the fully fenced private backyard. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the onsite washer and dryer for your convenience. Two small owner's closets will remain locked and are not accessible to guests.
