A great gathering place for family and friends! Nestled on 5+wooded acres sits this beautiful spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. The open floor plan with wood vaulted ceilings, screened porch gives you a sense of peace and freedom. This property offers the great outdoors with walking & riding paths thru the wooded property. Acreage connects you to Snow Shoe Rails to Trails for miles riding your ATV/UTV/Dual Sport. Only 20-35 min away from Historic Bellefonte, State College and many state parks.

The space
As you move up the driveway, it circles the back of the house which offers a covered patio with two 4' vinyl picnic tables and gas grill for your entertainment. The back/main entrance to the house puts you in the game/2nd living room where you can drop your items for disbursement later. On this first floor, you will find the spacious "Presidential Suite" (bedroom) on your right which leads you to the master bath with shower and makeup vanity area. As you continue down the hall, on your left is the main bathroom with shower/tub & huge double sink. Moving further down the hall to the left is the "Vice President Suite" a roomy bedroom/den complete with pocket doors. Dressers are available for use in both bedrooms. Finally, the open kitchen and living room: All the kitchen housewares needed for entertaining are included - Gas range with center griddle, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Toaster. The kitchen table seats 8. The living room offers comfortable oversized seating, Wifi, large smart TV, huge sliding glass door opening to the screened-in front porch with swing and wicker furniture to enjoy your favorite beverage anytime of the day!
Lastly, the classic wood stair case takes you to the 2 upper guest rooms adorned in wood vaulted ceilings. Take it all in while standing on the upper, open hallway! All this is ready for your enjoyment!

The guests are given a code to enter the home.
There is a fire pit for your evening camp situated at the back of the house near the tree line.
Below the front deck, there is an area for pulling in your off road vehicles.
The wooded path is available to walk or ride your ATV/UTV/Dual sport/Snowmobile to the SSRT Rails to Trails.
