About This Listing
We rent out our wonderful home. The apartment is situated 2 minutes from St.Hans torv in Copenhagen.
There is a loft where two can sleep and a large sofa hosting 2 more.
The apartment has two balconies, one with morning and one with evening sun. There is a gigantic table and a complete kitchen with a dish washer, and a washing machine, so you can get home with a clean suitcase for once. Wifi internet and TV is also available.
We have two adorable cats, Billie and Charlie. Right now, Charlie has 4 small kittens so we prefer not to move the cats.
Our neighbors are friendly, as long as you do not wake up their kids too late at night. Luckily, the apartment is very good isolated so normally playing music is not a problem.
The city’s coolest bar (Kind of blue) is right across the street, and you have Asian, Cuban and tapas further down the street. 2 minutes a way you have all the bars, cafés and restaurant you can wish for around St. Hans Torv. For shopping, you have a lot of antique shops on the streets and there are also some new, really nice art galleries spread out around the block.
For sports freaks we have to yoga studios on the street (normal yoga and Bikram yoga) and there is a basketball court 50 meters down the street where you also can play football and skate. A tour around the lake is approximately 6 km and it is completely safe to run/walk at any time of the day - in general the neighborhood is very safe!
The apartment lies 2 minutes from the bus and approximately 10 minutes from the metro.
The key rule is that you should treat our home as you would like us to treat yours
- Feel welcome to bring friends, but only people you trust
- Smoke all you want, but please do so on the balcony - and please do not
use our plants as ashtrays but give them plenty of water!
- Treat our neighbors with respect and if you play music late, close the
- Leave the place as you want to come home to your own
The apartment was just as described and in a great location. Lots of cafes, wine bars and restaurants in the area with a lovely vibe and local feel which is great to experience when visiting a city. Unfortunately Andrea was unable to meet us herself due to our late arrival time however, we located the apartment without any trouble and were settled in in no time. Andrea left us a note with advice on where to eat and grab coffee which was very helpful. You must be a cat lover as we had two cats staying with us for the weekend, this only made it more homely for us. I would happily stay here again if returning to Copenhagen.
Andrea´s appartment was just as described in the pictures, only some furniture were placed slightly different. The flat is decorated with loving attention to detail so we felt immediately in a cosy accomodation, like spending some days at a friend´s house. Even with four persons it was spacious and we found everything we need when we arrived at 11 pm. The arrangements I made with Andrea were very flexible and obliging. It was easy to stay with the two cats, the two were very clean and easy to handle.
A beautifully designed flat in a great neighbourhood. Perhaps a bit on the lively side with the windows open at night in the summer, so maybe not the place if you want an early night and peace and quiet, but if not, it's ideal!
The apartment is in a great location and vibrant neighbourhood. Andrea made our check-in easy and well organised. With the two cats that live in the flat and who spend most of their time there, guests have to be prepared for everything that comes with pet ownership (which includes cat hair and smell as well as a litter box in the shower). If you're a neat freak, you may feel a little overwhelmed. The layout of the furniture has changed since the AirBnB photos were first taken and it is advisable to bring your own bedlinen.
Good location, great apatment, close to the center
