We are a small family, living in the front house, and are great fans of vacationing in Austin! We can provide maps, excellent tips for music, feasting, biking, swimming, and generally enjoying Austin.

This snug studio is well situated for exploring Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Town Lake and S Lamar, all within walking distance. The studio was quiet and clean, and the hosts helpful from arrival to departure. There are outlets galore for charging up as well as a small fridge.
Margo was very welcoming. She had snacks and mini-fridge set up with water. She had a written guide with local recommended places to go as well as recommendations to use the facilities (i.e. like leaving the outside light on if coming back after dark to see the key hole).
We would stay with them again in Austin.
Margo and Greg were both very welcoming and helpful. They provided some great recommendations for area attractions and provided a helpful map that highlighted some of the greats spots in Austin.
The place was well located, clean and central to all that Austin has to offer. Highly recommended.
Margo was a great host, her place was beautiful furnished and designed with care. There was no issue at all during the trip and the location was absolutely ideal, very close to the green belt where we spent some time with friends.
We had a great time in Austin. The quiet, lovely neighborhood was a welcome retreat from all the fun of a wedding. Austin Java was a treat we walked to. The bed was comfortable, the space a bit small but it is a garage converted into a guest house. Margo was a good host especially considering the dark chocolate that was there upon our arrival. Thanks, Margo
Lovely converted garage guest room, very friendly and welcoming hosts. Great location close to the park, Alamo Drafthouse, and several bike rental options including a B-cycle station. Would stay again!
Fantastic place! Comfortable and with nice perks. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to S. Lamar for dinner, drinks, and a movie.
We are from Austin, TX and both my husband and I teach at the University of Texas. He is also an architect and I have a strategy firm that works on social impact issues. We especially enjoy being able to walk and bike to many of central Austin's parks, restaurants and music venues.
