Margo and her husband made us feel comfortable. Great location. We appreciated the snacks left in the room. I loved the backyard set up, I only wish the weather would have been nicer so we could've enjoyed what was outside. Thanks again!
We were very happy with the Sunny Zilker studio. Our hosts, Margo and Gregory, were helpful, available to answer questions when needed, but not intrusive. The studio is exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and convenient to the best that Austin has to offer. The neighborhood is charming and we were within walking distance to downtown and the Barton Creek greenbelt. This is a great place to stay and we look forward to returning to Sunny Zilker studio on our next visit to Austin.

This was a perfect location! The hosts were welcoming and the listing was just as described. I usually rent in this area during ACL, but rented this time for fun in the city. It's close to a lot of local restaurants, both walking and driving, and close to the park. The guest studio was comfortable for two of us. I'm sure it would be fine for three as well.
Cute little place that's in a great neighborhood. The place is well set up and has everything we needed. Beautiful place to wake up in.
I loved Austin and I loved staying here! The hosts were very helpful and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying with Margo and Gregory if you plan to visit Austin.
I love this place and Margo is awesome! For me, this location in Austin was perfectly placed. I was easily and quickly to where I needed to be in the city. The studio is very warm and inviting. It is perfectly decorated with a mix of industrial fixtures and lots of wood. It is privately tucked away in a cutely landscaped yard, giving the feel like I was returning to my own home rather than some hotel. I hope to stay here for all my future business trips to Austin!
We are from Austin, TX and both my husband and I teach at the University of Texas. He is also an architect and I have a strategy firm that works on social impact issues. We especially enjoy being able to walk and bike to many of central Austin's parks, restaurants and music venues.
