The laundry is in the building next door 2017 Locust and is coin-operated.
Parking is very difficult in Philadelphia. This is a city after all. There is free parking on the street from 8pm-8am, but after that it is only free for two hours during the day and they will ticket you immediately. The TV show parking wars was based filmed in Philadelphia for this reason. Parking garages are plentiful and nearby and range anywhere from 20-50 a day. You do NOT need a car to experience Philadelphia. Live like a local and leave the car at home!

Interaction with Guests
I have three other listings, so you might not get to meet me. I will contact you a few days prior with info on how to get in. I am always reachable by email, text, or phone. Try email or text first as I cannot always talk on the phone.
That it is so close to Rittenhouse Square and lovely every day of the year!
YES! At the corner there are two buses and the subway is also a few blocks away!
Other Things to Note
If you move furniture please put it back before your depart!
Turn off a/c when you leave for the day. Unit is very efficient and will cool off apt as soon as you return! Please be mindful of others in the building and philadelphia noise ordinances. If you open any windows please make sure to close and lock them.
Place all trash in the trashcan upon departure. If you need to there are extra trash bags in the glass cabinet on the bottom. If there is more than one trash bag, please dispose of trash in the dumpster directly behind the building. Unfortunately due to commercial zoning, the building does not recycle, but you can recycle using the black trash can on the corner that recycles glass, plastic and paper.
Wash all dishes/glasses that you have used , extra dish soap under counter, and place in dish drain.
Andrea was great at communicating and answering any questions we had. She made it very easy for us to check in, and since we got into the city before check in, she even allowed us to store our bags in a separate space so we could start seeing the city right away.
The location of the studio is great and seems very safe. It was an easy walk to anything we wanted to do or see.
The studio itself had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. It is an older building, but it wasn't quite as clean as it could have been. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would likely stay there again.
This apartment is in a fantastic, central location. We really enjoyed staying here—the place was clean and comfortably fit the three of us. Check in was super easy. Would definitely recommend!
The room was exactly what we expected. A great value, quiet, safe neighbourhood, pleasant walk to the conference center. Andrea was very responsive to our questions - a great host! Next time I need a place in Philly this is where I will look first.
Room just as advertised - great location, cool old building, comfortable and well-equipped. Would stay here again. It was just me, but the room could easily hold up to four as indicated.
I didn't have an opportunity to meet Andrea, but she was present in all the details. She left excellent instructions on how to get in, which was super convenient. She was quick to reply to any message sent with questions. We arrived quite early for which she patiently provided instructions for our luggage so we could start sightseeing as we awaited check in.
The apartment is exactly as featured and is in a perfect location. It is well-appointed and comfortable. We arrived at a hot time of year, so Andrea directed us to a fan, which we used the entire time and were fine. We walked to the end of the block to pick up a bus that would take us to the historic district. Awesome! (FYI, the bus drivers don't give change.) There are a lot of food and bar options in that very neighborhood, though you'll have to travel a bit to get to the famous cheesesteak places. We had delicious stromboli at the pizza shop around the block. On the whole, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here exclusively on return trips to Philly.
