The Space

Most adorable studio apartment in Philadelphia. A great studio on one of the most prestigious blocks of Philadelphia. One block from Rittenhouse Square. This is the safest and nicest neighborhood in Philadelphia. Close to everything! Apartment has a small kitchenette with full size fridge, gas range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A small bathroom with a bathtub. A queen size bed and a queen sofa bed. An air mattress is available if you would like to squeeze 5 people in the apartment. It is possible, but best for just a day or two!

The building is very secure! A block from Rittenhouse Square and close to everything! Minutes from 30th street by taxi. A bus runs right down locust to the historic areas in old city! Lots of nearby amenities like 7-eleven, a great produce market ( maxx's), and excellent beer store ( food and friends), and several restaurants minutes from your doorstep! Like the new implant of new york's shake shack!

This is a great apartment in the nicest area of Philadelphia on one of the best blocks! Close to everything! Everything is simply at your doorstep a few minutes by walking, a bus ride, cab ride, or quick hop on the trolley!

  • Petit studio sympathique, bien équipé et très bien situé. Andrea est très disponible et soucieuse du bien être des occupants. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, trop court. Merci Andrea.

Nice little studio, well equipped and very well located. Andrea is very helpful and concerned for the welfare of the occupants. We had a pleasant stay, too short. Thank you Andrea.

  • We had a great time in Andreas Appartement! Although we didn't meet her in Person, she was always available and did everything she could for us!

  • What a great apartment in a stunning building and beautiful neighbourhood. It's the perfect place to base yourself for a couple of days of Philly sight seeing.

The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable - TV, wifi, air con, kitchen, towels, local info & maps etc. Because Andrea couldn't be there to greet us (we booked very last minute!) we received very clear and easy instructions about what to do when we arrived. Andrea was only a text or phone call away and answered instantly to any questions we had.

Although the literature about the apartment suggested catching a bus to the historic part of the city, we decided to walk everywhere. It really is not far and what better way of seeing the city than by walking the streets :).

A fantastic apartment and a reasonable price. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a few days away and who doesn't want to pay the ridiculous prices hotels charge.

  • This is a great apartment. The location is amazing, just steps from beautiful Rittenhouse Square, and the studio has everything you could need. Andrea was most helpful in every way, and I would recommend Liberty Belle Studio on Locust to everyone.

  • My family of four stayed in the Liberty Belle Studio on Locust - two parents and two teenagers. The first ones in the door were the teens, and they were thrilled with what they found! What a cute little apartment, with pretty painted woodworking, fancy chandeliers and comfy beds. But things got even better once we walked to Rittenhouse Square and spent some time. It's a wonderful park, and we spent a lot more time there than we'd planned, just because the atmosphere is so great.

For us parents, it was also comforting to know that Andrea was just a text or phone call away (we did both, and she answered immediately both times). The building felt secure and the neighborhood was nice. And we only had to walk a block or two away to catch the bus line to the historic part of the city, where we did all the Philadelphia sites.

And the place is pet friendly! We have a small dog and she did great in this apartment. With Rittenhouse Square so close, she had lots of outside time during our visit to the city.

Amenities: We used the coffee maker, the stove, the oven, the TV, the fridge, the bathroom, the hair dryer, the utensils and pans and plates - all worked great and made our stay even more comfortable and accommodating.

The weather was nice, so we had the windows open in the evening - it's a second floor apartment and the windows open to the cute alley out back, so the noise is minimal.

We also used the air conditioning for a bit and it worked great.

The one downfall of this location was the parking. It's ideal for someone flying in to Philly, because it's so close to public transportation. But if you are bringing a car, plan ahead to go searching for a place to park that doesn't have restrictions, or to pay quite a bit for parking. We ended up finding an open spot for free, unlimited street parking about 7 blocks away, which wasn't too bad - we are a walking family. We just left our car there all weekend and used the buses to get around town or hoofed it.

Overall, we would definitely recommend this location to friends, and/or anything hosted by Andrea.

  • This beautiful apartment is exactly as it looks on the piuctures. charming and cute decorated with everything you need such as big beds( one sofa), kitchen equipment and a bathroom. Andrea was very nice and friendly. The best thing about the apartment is the location. situated in locust street you're only a couple of "walk minutes" away from the rittenhouse square and a lot of stores and the shopping district. We would lvoe to cpme back!
