This is a very spacious 3 bedroom condo is the perfect option for a family or group of friends that can choose to relax and at the same time be in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Each bedroom with its own bathroom, it is a two story property situated on the ground floor of the condominium. The 1sr floor had a double height large living room facing the garden and swimming pools of the complex. Followed by an open kitchen, an 8 people dinning room and 1 of the guest rooms. At the end its private garden, climbing up the stairs you will find the TV area with a sofa and sound system as well as the other 2 bedrooms the master bedroom has a balcony that faces the common areas.

The rules are to obey all the condominium regulation regarding noise as well as the usage of the common areas to ensure peace between all guests of the complex.
-There is not to be any loud noise after 11pm
-Pool hours are 8am-11pm
-The tenant is accountable for all towels as well as glasses and other items that may be lost/damaged or broken.
• LONG TERM RENTALS: Rentals of 21 days or more must pay Electricity separately and it is charged at MXN $4 Pesos/Kw
• HOUSEKEEPING - The unit will provide initial bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for additional household and personal supplies.
