*Hot Tub / Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is available for guest use. Operating instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Please rinse off lotions and oils before use and keep the cover closed when not in use to help maintain cleanliness and temperature.
*Pool
The pool is available for guest enjoyment and is not heated. Children must be supervised at all times.
*Garage Gym
Guests have access to the garage gym during their stay. Please use all equipment responsibly and return items to their proper place after use. Use of gym equipment is at guest discretion and responsibility.
*Mini Golf Area
Our mini golf area is available for your enjoyment. The full set is stored in the white bin located in the dining area. Please return all putters, balls, and accessories after use and avoid leaving items outdoors. Replacement fees may apply for lost or damaged items.
*Pets
Pets are welcome with a $250 per pet fee. Please pick up all pet waste, keep pets off furniture, and clean up excessive shedding. Pets should not be left unattended unless properly crated.
*Awning
The awning remote is located to the left of the dining room sliding door.
*Laundry
Washer and dryer are available for guest convenience. The host is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items.
*Safety Items

• No parties or events. Violations may result in fines up to $3,500

• No food or drinks in bedrooms except water
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Package deliveries such as Amazon, DoorDash, Instacart, and other standard deliveries are welcome during your stay. However, guests may not forward or establish permanent mail service to the property.
For property maintenance purposes, hosts may access exterior areas of the property during reasonable daytime hours for mailbox checks, fruit tree care, landscaping, and routine outdoor maintenance. We strive to respect guest privacy and provide notice whenever possible.
Mid stay cleanings may be available upon request for an additional fee.
