The space
Riverview Ranch is a serene escape nestled on nearly 300 acres along the banks of the Hiwassee River, just outside Chattanooga, surrounded by the rolling hills of East Tennessee. This idyllic retreat offers the perfect setting for family vacations, romantic getaways, and friendship excursions—where unforgettable memories unfold amid abundant wildlife and breathtaking natural beauty.

The Willow is a fully appointed luxury tiny home with all the amenities! Home includes 1 bedroom with queen bed and a large upstairs private loft with queen bed and amazing river views!

Full kitchen with all the appliances and supplies you need to cook all your fabulous meal, inside or out!

Comfortable living room with queen memory foam pull out sofa, large flat screen TV (streaming available on all 3 TV’s), cozy electric fireplace, plenty of movies, games and Xbox for the entire family.

The home is complete with a perfect screened in porch right off the living room and a private open deck off the primary bedroom with outdoor dining table, chairs, and umbrella for year round enjoyment! All patios have amazing views with comfortable seating and lighting.

Access to 300 acre ranch with 7 catch and release ponds, hiking, biking and off road trails. Open air barn and plenty of scenic picnic spots. Bountiful wildlife at your doorstep with deer, fox, turkey, and a variety of birds including our resident Bald Eagles! The property is also a working cattle ranch. All animals are wild and are wonderful to look at, but are NOT pets!

Ample parking with plenty of room for cars, SUV’s, RV’s, and boats (no onsite dock).

Gravel roads in main areas of property; full property is more suitable for 4-wheel drive vehicles.

The property is located just steps from the Hiwassee River, with two boat ramp locations across the street at each end of the bridge (1 paid $5, and 1 free). The river is only a short walk away and is a fantastic place to boat, kayak, swim, and fish.

The farm is centrally located just 10 minutes from downtown Decatur, TN, 20 minutes from booming Cleveland, TN, and only 45 minutes to fabulous Chattanooga, TN. Gas stations and grocery stores are only a short drive. Area amenities include Blythe Ferry Cherokee Removal Park and the incredible Lost Sea Adventures.
