Take a break and unwind at Yr Atodiad - escape to the peace and quiet of the Welsh countryside and enjoy the fresh air, gorgeous walks, and just being in the moment.
You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities.
The views of open countryside and our garden (currently a work in progress) are stunning. We have chickens and there are often lambs in our two small fields.

The space
Yr Atodiad is a self contained annexe to our property - it has 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with an electric shower, living space with a large sofa and a wood burning stove.
We have a small kitchen area, including a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a toasted sandwich machine for your use. The wood burning stove has a small oven section at the top enabling limited cooking or warming.
There is a plug in electric induction hob for your use if required. There are 3 dining chairs and a small fold out dining table.

Guest access
Yr Atodiad is an annexe to the side of our house, with private parking for two cars, motorcycles or even a motorhome (we have 16A external sockets if needed). Guests have the entire annexe to themselves, and are welcome to sit in the large shared garden and enjoy the views.

Other things to note
We regret that the property is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Yr Atodiad is a non smoking property. We have two friendly dogs.

Llannefydd is a small village which has an excellent local pub, although during quieter times they do not open all week.
There is a historical church and a village hall, which is currently undergoing refurbishment.
The red telephone box in the village centre houses a lending library - take a look!
We are perfectly located for access to the main A55, meaning day trips to Anglesey, Snowdonia, Chester or Liverpool are all easy to do.
The nearest local shop is in Henllan - open 8-6pm weekdays - with shorter hours at the weekend.
Supermarkets, Doctors and other facilities are located in Denbigh, which is a 12 minute drive away.
