There are plenty of terraces for evenings together or time alone. Gather the family around the table on the BBQ terrace, relax under the balcony canopy, or play with the kids in the large artificial-grass play area. All in a quiet residential area, with town and sea views.

The multi-level layout over two floors balances shared living spaces with privacy, making the home well suited to families and groups travelling together. Please note that stairs are required throughout the property, and the home is not wheelchair accessible.
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, suitable for remote work, streaming and multiple devices at the same time. Heating during cooler months is provided via air-conditioning units with heating function, as well as radiators.

• November–March: pool heating is not included in the price. Any water heating during this period is available on request and for an additional charge.
• June–September: the pool remains uncovered and the water temperature depends on weather conditions. Heating is available on request for an additional charge.
• Pool heating should be requested in advance, as the water needs time to reach the desired temperature. This service may not be available for last-minute bookings.
