There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds on the bottom floor of the apartment. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite corner bath, a walk-in closet and balcony. The second bedroom, adjacent to the main, easily accesses a shower bathroom. There is a third sleeping area with a queen-sized bed in the upstairs loft. The upstairs loft area was refinished in July 2015.
Upstairs you will find the lounge and open plan kitchen leading to a spacious living area and main balcony with views over Heritage Square and Table Bay.

There is an ongoing building upgrade with a new elevator being installed in the building. There is a second elevator that will be manned by a lift man 24 hours a day during this upgrade to ensure all goes smoothly. However, with only one lift there may be some small waiting time to use this elevator.
