Teri was excellent from the start. Helpful without being overbearing, she showed us in, even though we arrived late. Sorted one problem with plumbing, and left us to enjoy Boulder. When I told her I had a parking ticket for parking the wrong way (not an offence in UK), she offered to send a cheque once I gave the cash. The apartment was beautiful, and detached from the house, and we were only 30 seconds from my son. We were so pleased with everything that my wife and I would return to this rental, even though our son is moving to a different part of Boulder! Well done Geri, I think listening to the reports from all the other parties that travelled to Boulder for the wedding, we had the best deal.
Geri’s studio was bright, warm, cozy and clean. The space was equipped with everything that we needed during our stay. The location was great, and it was an easy walk to downtown. We would love to stay again if we are back in Boulder.
Geri was a wonderful Host! She left detailed check in instructions and was great with communication. The loft is modern, centrally located in Boulder, and was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay while we were in town.
The loft / studio is in a convenient location to downtown, the farmer's market, shopping, and CU which are all within walking distance. The space is clean, quiet and well laid out with all the necessities for a short or long stay. Geri greeted us when we arrived and was available if we had questions and the Great Dane was very friendly. Will definitely book with Geri again when returning to Boulder.
Geri was a wonderful host and her loft is beautiful and modern. My wife and I selected the loft due to its close proximity to the popular Pearl street downtown area which is a short 10 min walk.
The loft has plenty of natural light, modern, and clean! The kitchen is compact and includes everything to cook a meal if you wish and also equipped with a dish washer. The bathroom is perfect and one of the better equipped ones I've seen. We also enjoyed the outdoor deck, drinking wine/coffee, and just taking the surroundings in and relaxing.
Some noise from adjacent neighbor playing music at night (it was Saturday and Sunday and it is close to a major University after all), but nothing serious and things got quiet at respectful time.
The temperature was hot and the AC worked just fine. The WiFi worked like a charm and also enjoyed browsing through her eclectic book collection. Two bicycles are also provided for the guests. Check in and check out was simple and my wife and I would definitely stay at this charming loft again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
This Loft was exactly what we were looking for during our weekend in Boulder. The space is very comfortable and beautiful, with a wonderful elevated deck. It was a bonus to have the 2 bikes available for biking the city.
Lovely, sunny, artistically decorated place that was pretty much perfect in every respect. So enjoyed the stay, hope we can come back soon. In previous years, it was difficult to find accommodations around this price -- Boulder places tend to be either cheap and pretty awful, or wonderful but extraordinarily expensive. This hits the point that I've been looking for in Boulder for years. Host is very gracious and has a wonderful, enormous Great Dane which I loved to watch bound around.
