The Space

New Studio Loft walkable to CU and Naropa Campuses, Boulder Creek Bike Path, the famous McGucken Hardware, Pearl Street Mall, and dozens of top restaurants. Close (but not too close) to CU and Boulder High School sports facilities. Near Bolder Boulder finish line.

The studio is upstairs above garage, completely separate from the main house, providing total privacy. The red oak floors give everything a nice warm glow in this garden cottage loft. A large porch provides a place to relax and enjoy summer evenings or sunny winter afternoons.

This studio has all the conveniences of a hotel room and more: kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, small appliances and fridge, all necessary dishes and silverware; free Wi-Fi; and HD cable TV. It's warm and cozy in the winter, and with AC it's blessedly cool in the summer. Private bath with shower.

Not really suitable for small children. Ask first.

- Queen sized bed with pillow-top mattress
- Piano
-Temporary Parking Pass Available for on-street parking
-Near Bolder Boulder Finish Line
-Walkable to CU Football games (easy walk)

  • Great location!!! Perfect for two people in Boulder.

  • Studio 2010 was very cute! The very small apartment provided the space and amenities we were looking for well as the pricing. The apartment is located above the garage which can be annoying when you're trying to sleep in the morning and the garage door is opening.I loved the porch which allowed me to enjoy my coffee in a peaceful and beautiful environment. The only other comment is that the surrounding houses are no where near as kept up as 2010. Some of the houses look a little sketchy and detracts from the overall appeal of 2010 Goss St. However, that being said, we never felt anxious leaving or returning even late at night. Thanks Jerrie!

  • This is a wonderful, cozy and comfortable place to stay while enjoying all the great things Boulder has to offer. Jerrie has thought of everything, from fluffy fresh towels to coffee, and all the kitchen utensils you could need to make yourself a nice breakfast to start your day. The bed is SO comfortable! We'll definitely be booking this beautiful place again.

  • The studio exceeded my expectations. It was perfect in every aspect from the location to the amenities. Jerrie responded to every question I had quickly and made me feel welcome in her home. Because the studio is located behind the main house, there is complete privacy. I would recommend this studio to anyone and look forward to my next stay in Boulder.

  • We loved Jerrie's place & would have stayed longer if it had been available. All was even better than described. It's light, airy and we loved making music, too. Jerrie and her husband are nice and not imposing at all. We also loved petting the dogs.

  • Jerrie's studio apartment was absolutely lovely! Besides being immaculately clean, she has furnished the studio with everything you could possibly need during your stay-- everything from a french press and a tea kettle in the kitchen to sunscreen and a hairdryer in the bathroom. And don't let the word "studio" fool you- this is a gorgeous apartment with tons of space, including a fully appointed kitchen (though small, it has a stove, microwave, fridge, even a dishwasher), sofa area, and a large front porch. We especially enjoyed the many windows for the natural light, and the piano was a really nice touch. As I was admiring the many photos decorating the studio, I realized the photographer is Jerrie herself, so definitely check out the art work during your stay!

Parking on the street out front was easy and convenient, and the studio is located in walking distance to shops and restaurants. We actually did a lot of driving during our visit, mainly because the weather was rather rainy, but we definitely could have walked everywhere we needed to go.

If you are at all hesitating to book this apartment, don't! It was truly one of the nicest and cleanest places I have every stayed, and I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it even more.

  • Jerrie was great. She met us at the door, showed us in, and left us alone for next 6 days. Bicycles were available at no charge, which was great. We took the opportunity to ride around a very bike friendly city.

The location was ideal: minutes from everything, on foot.

The space was beautiful: lots of light, great artwork on the walls, comfortable bed, and a very cozy kitchen that was perfect. Beginning the day on the porch was on a real treat.

I would highly recommend this space to anyone!

  • We had a fantastic time in this beautiful "home away from home". It was impeccably clean with lovely artwork all around. Super comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. There is a Saturday market within easy walking distance that is not to be missed! My husband & I were there together, but with different schedules. I walked the Riverwalk every morning and then walked into downtown Boulder for a conference I was attending. My husband drove the surrounding areas to explore during the day. Parking worked out great for him right in front. Our host was excellent and responded to any questions very quickly.
