My partner and I spent a week in Rome at Sabrina's place and enjoyed it a lot! Unfortunately due to the rain and our full schedule we didn't have opportunities to spend much time in the apartment and with Sabrina as she was working.
But we really liked her place, it was very artsy and individual which is very much to our taste.
The apartment is clean and the room is spacious. It does not have the high up bed though but a normal double bed.
The area is just next to a big road and train tracks. So make sure to bring ear plugs.
Transportation was pretty easy to manage as many bus and tram lines run nearby.
We had a lovely time in Rome and will come back most definitely ^_^~
We stayed at Sabrina's place for roughly a week and had a great time! The appartment is lovely and well situated, as it is close and well connected to the center but also provides a glimpse of a (more) "real" roman life. As a host, Sabrina was helpful and friendly, so we'd definetely come back again!
We were at Sabrinas house two days and she made us feel like home. She is very friendly and provided us useful información. Her home is very confortable, clean and warm. We recommend staying at Sabrinas. No doubt se would stay again! Thank you!!!
It was a great experience staying in Sabrina's house. Her apartment is less than 1 minute walk to the tram station that goes to Termini station. And from Termini you can go anywhere in Rome easily. Also close to her place is neighborhood named Pigneto in which located a variety of cheap, non-touristic and cosy Italian restaurants.
We stayed at Sabrina's flat in Rome for a few days and loved every minute of it! She is super sweet and the location is great (maybe 20 minute walk to the Colosseo). Our bags were lost on the flight into Italy and Sabrina was a major help (speaking to the Italian plane company and bag deliverers) in making sure they arrived to her apartment as soon as they could. My friend and I felt safe on all of our walks around the area. Sabrina was also suggested places to eat and good routes of transportation. Hopefully it will still be available next time I visit Rome. Thank you!!
Stayed here early Jan 2014 for 4 nights. Sabrina was a kind and welcoming host.
Location: arrived at night so was pretty dark. Lots of grafitti on the buildings in the neighborhood so it made the area looked sketchy. But the place is t last very long. So just take a quick shower!
WiFi works perfectly. Great price!
Sabrina is a very nice person, we had a great time at her place, the place is clean and you can go walking (about 20 min) to the Colosseum! Nice experience , thank you Sabrina :-)
Sabrina was really nice and helpful. Her place in Rome was clean and close to the bus and trains. About a 5 minute walk to the main street with the bus stops and train stops. The bus ride from her place to the tourist parts of Rome was about 45 minutes or so. We spent about 6 nights at her place in December 2013 and it was easy to do the tourist things.
Sabrina was a kind and accommodating host. She was quick to solve any issues we had. Her space is beautiful and inspiring. Really enjoyed staying there and hope to do so again.
We arrive Rome on Sunday, this was not a really good decision bcoz we cant get any tram to Sabrina house due to too many people waiting tram in Termini station.
These was the only thing that we found quite difficult to go to Sabrina house when we arrive, but after few days stay in that area we know that there is few buses always go to that area and this will be another good option if the tram station really crowded.
Sabrina is the amazing host, she love spicy stuff same like us in asia and she also love to travel to Asia as well.We have a lot of nice discussion about some place in Asia and spicy food in India.
Next time if we came Rome we will choose her place again because we knew that Metro station or line going to set up in her area.
