The Space

Beautiful, large, spacious, well-lit and clean apartment, airconditioned, with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom is open to the living room), several large closets for storage, kitchen stocked with all appliances you might need (microwave, oven, large refridgerator with freezer, etc.), one bath, separate toilet, wide entrance hall, dining room table with 4 chairs, large flat screen LCD with DVD, and free wifi internet access.

The apartment is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of tel aviv (very close to Rabin square), close to fashionable stores and the best restaurants, cafes and bars in tel aviv. You will be only 15 minute from the beach (by foot). Bike lanes leading to the beach are located on the street, and there are options to rent bikes near apartment. There is a mini-market on the ground floor of the building, so grocery shopping is a breeze.

The owner will be available for any questions or needs that may arise during your vacation. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have about the place.

  • This is a very good apartment in a very convenient location. We were lucky to have it for the two weeks around Rosh-a-shana holidays with very short notice to Shay. Shay is a very friendly and accommodating host. The entire experience was great.

  • Shay is a really nice guy who helped us figure out the TV and Internet and was available for questions. We wanted an apartment vice a hotel room so our daughter had a separate place to sleep, and this worked out well (she slept in the separate bedroom and my husband and I slept on the mattress in the room off the living room). A caution to parents with toddlers though - although the living spaces were clean, our 2.5-year-old explored every cabinet, closet, and bookshelf, and got into the many items that were stored there, so we had to stay on top of her. Also, it is quite a walk-up to the apartment, so keep that in mind if you have little ones or older family members (though I think we needed the walk-up after everything we ate this trip...!). Other than that, we enjoyed staying in walking distance to Rabin Square, ATMs, cafes, and we definitely used the little market downstairs.

  • This was our last night in Israel and coming back from Jerusalem, we decided to stay in Tel Aviv, the last day before going back home. Shay was an amazing host and again received us with warmth and his usual helpfulness. We had an great time on his apartment and he made it easy for us to enjoy until the last moment our trip to Israel!!!

  • Shay is a great host, he help us with directions and special places of interest that we could visit. Also he is a very attentive with whatever we needed. We loved his apartment and it was literally a stone throw away to any place in Tel Aviv.

  • L'appartement de Shay est vraiment très bien situé à Tel-Aviv (très central) et dans le même temps très calme.
Shay a vraiment été "adorable" dans sa manière de nous recevoir étant à l'écoute de nos demandes.

  • The flat is indeed airy and large, very comfortable and welcoming. A bedroom for the parents, and a large niche for the kids, a large living room with a comfortable sofa and a big flat screen TV. The kitchen and bathroom are old, as you would expect a Tel-Aviv apartment, but usable and convenient. The warm colors of the walls and furniture made our stay very nice indeed.
The apartment in perfectly located within an easy walking distance from Rabin Square on one side, with a wonderful selection of shops, coffee shops, and busy Tel-Aviv life, and the train station on the other, offering a cheap and convenient way out.
The apartment is in third floor with no elevator (again, typical Tel-Aviv), which posed no problem for us, but should be taken into consideration if you have younger kids or older members of the family.
Shay himself was very amiable and efficient. he solved any problem that arisen within very sort time, and was even considerate enough to take into account our long stay in the flat and clear space for us in his closet.
We had a lovely stay, and I would definitely come back. This is the only way to travel with children!

  • Shay s a very easygoing person, polite, and helpful. His place s located in a very calm neighborhood. But not far from a Boulevard, where s easy to find everything u may need it during ur staying. I strongly recommend his place, if it s what u looking for.

  • Shy wonderful, considerate and hospitable host. Lived in his apartment three weeks, when I go to Tel Aviv next time I think I will focus there. The apartment is large, clean, conveniently located, close to downtown.
