Come enjoy the historic charm at Bluebird Cottage! Perfectly located just four blocks from downtown Newberg and two blocks from George Fox University. Enjoy quaint wine tasting rooms, top rated restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and more within walking distance of the home. In just a short drive will take you to hundreds of local wineries throughout the Willamette Valley. Ask the host for winery recommendations and they will point you in the right direction.

The space
Bluebird Cottage was originally built in 1927 and is surrounded by beautiful historic Newberg homes! Bluebird comes fully equipped with an upstairs living room, dining room, and a bonus living room downstairs. In addition, a washer and dryer are available for use. But watch your step, the stairs to the lower level take you right back to the quaint year of 1927! The home has character from the original brass door handles to the curved archway. Come settle into one of the two living room areas or the front porch swing while enjoying the beautiful neighborhood!

You will have access to the whole house including two onsite parking spaces, a front patio, and a fenced side yard.

Other things to note
Since we are located in a family neighborhood, quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and respectfully acknowledged. For this reason, we also do not allow parties. Our neighbors are very important to us and we ask you to respect them during your stay. Additionally, we have installed a noise monitoring device on the premises.

Though we are animal lovers, we strive to keep the integrity of the home and do not allow pets. We appreciate your understanding!
