This is a homely purpose built apartment with secure entry phone system, situated in a quiet residential part of East London (alongside the regents canal). The apartment is in the ideal location to access the trendy areas of Shoreditch and Brick Lane. The place to be if your visiting London and would like to experince and explore some of the East End culture and charm.
Mile End and Stepney Green Underground Stations are close by, allowing you easy access to Central London, The West End, 02 arena and Canary Wharf. The area is famous for its markets , numerous bars, cafes, art galleries - a great opportunity to explore the trendiest part of London.
Comfortably Sleeps two people, however an air mattress can be provided to accommodate additional guests. A cot can also be provided at an additional cost. 1 Double bedroom with a double bed, Living room, private balcony area, fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine toaster and microwave. Everything is inclusive in the price listed such as an iron, kitchenwear, bed linen and towels. All you need to do is stock the fridge and make yourself comfortable. Secure parking space is available upon request at no additional cost. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, however please bear in mind that there is NO LIFT.
Westfield Stratford City shopping centre is close by. Direct trains to Stratford and London Liverpool Street from Mile End and Stepney Green station. Underground and Overground stations within walking distance.
Unfortunatley no pets are permitted within the complex.
The entrance to the building is located on Harford Street, not Candle Street.
I will be out of the country mostly throughout guests stays therefore may not be contactable via telephone. However guests can always contact me via email.
I recommend that guests purchase an Oystercard, which is an electronic travel card that can be used on all forms of public transport across London. These can be purchased from all London Underground Stations.

The bus 339 can be accessed from the front of the apartment. Bus stop S will take you to Westfield shopping Centre.
Bus stop P will take you towards Shadwell station. From Shadwell station, guests can access the London Overground network.
Guest can access Mile End underground station by turning right at the front of the building and walking to the top of Harford Street. At the top if the road (where Sainsbury's store is) turn right and continue walking straight past the bridge and traffic lights. Across the road is mile end station.
To access Stepney Green underground Station at Sainsbury's turn left and continue walking straight. Stepney green station will be after the second set of traffic lights on the right side of the road.
Both stations are an 8 minute walk away.
To turn on the hot water guests will need to turn on the "ON PEAK" switch next the the airing cupboard. Once this light is on open the airing cupboard and on the boiler will be a boost button (black). Press this button and then a red light will come on. The hot water is now activated and ready for use. Please allow at least 20minutes for the water to get hot if needed for more than one shower.
Please save energy and switch off the hot water when this is not in use.
The rubbish bins are located at the back of the building in the courtyard. At the bottom of the stairs turn right and exit via the back door. Take the key with you as you will need this to get back in to the building and apartment.

Aleasia was the perfect host. She met me at the arranged time and left me with the keys after showing me her lovely apartment. She was very prompt in any responses to any questions I had and was generally extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone.
Aleasia was a really good host, waiting for us until late due to our flight arrival. Her house is very nice, even better than in pictures. There are 2 tube stations about at 4 - 5 minutes walking so is well connected with every area in London. It is a very good option to spend some days visiting London.
My girlfriend and I just spent 4 nights at Aleasia's flat during our vacation in London and had a wonderful experience.
Location: The Taxi-Driver had trouble finding the flat using the address listed on Air BnB as the streets in that area were not showing up on his gps- just know where to direct the taxi driver before hand. The immediate area is quiet at night and is mostly residential. Things we're still being built out around us so it may even have more amenities in the future. Was very convenient if you know where you're going and know how to get around on transit- bus just outside the door, public bike hire a few blocks away, Sainsbury local and Queens Mary Uni a short stroll and a leisurely 12 minute walk or so to Mile End tube station.
Flat: Very comfortable flat, clean, uncluttered and spacious. Used it mostly just to sleep after a full day being out, but easily had everything we needed if we were to stay in longer. Had all the amenities we needed, especially wi-fi to help us plan our days out.
Experience: Aleasia was extremely flexible with the check-in, we didn't get to meet Aleasia but her brother who greeted us was very friendly and nice, responsive to our calls, and showed us around the flat and how to work everything. It was a really easy process, and very straightforward.
Overall we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to book again if the flat's available the next time we're there.

Aleasia's brother helped us to find the appartement and welcomed us perfectly.
Two tube stations are near from the flat and it's very easy to go anywhere in London, you can also walk a few and see The City =)
Next time we'll go in London, we definitely ask Aleasia to welcome us.

Although we were not able to meet Aleasia during our stay, we were greeted my her sister who was very welcoming and informative about how to use things in the apartment. The apartment was just as described, and it definitely felt like a home away from home!
Apartment is conveniently located between 2 tube stops, and there is a supermarket nearby which was perfect! Having the washer/dryer and balcony was a bonus!

Aleasia's flat was perfect for my parents needs whilst visiting London.
It is a great location, quiet surrounded by parks, yet close to central London. It was very clean, tidy and spacious, with mostly new appliances and furniture.
Aleasia was great to deal with, and helped my parents with their stay. Very quick to communicate with, and couldn't be more welcoming and friendly upon arrival.
I would definitely recommend the flat for anyone staying in London.
Aleasia's apartment is excellent, and it looks identical to the photos. Nice big rooms, lovely decor, and a fab kitchen with all the amenities you could ever need. Aleasia was so kind and helpful throughout our stay - and always easy to get in contact with. When our flight arrived super-late on the first night, she was absolutely wonderful in staying up late to meet us.
