Jillian's studio was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable and perfectly located for a NYC vacation. I came the week of Thanksgiving and was delighted to watch the inflation of the giant balloons for the Macy's parade from the windows of the studio.
Jillian was responsive and attentive to details. She left baked goods and fruit for breakfast as well as coffee and tea. Her kitchen is small but very functional for light meals. The bed was very comfortable and despite some street noise, I had no trouble falling asleep.
I recommend Jillian and her studio to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in a wonderful area.
A great place!
We spent 4 wonderful days. Very close to the central park. The house is quiet and safe. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I recommend to all! Thank you Jillian and Kelcey!
Great neighbourhood, super close to central park and metro. Jillian is a very sweet accommodating host, apartment is cozy, comfortable and very bright!
We loved Jillians place! Clean, comfy and everything you need is just around the corner. Jillians friend gave us a very warm welcome and Jillian left us a note with books about NYC for use and a very yummie breakfast: like a hotel, but it felt like a home! The communication via email was very pleasant; Jillian always answers quickly. We definitely recommend Jillians place and would like to come back if we visit NYC again!
The reservation was canceled 14 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
"I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation with Ariel because I fractured my elbow and required emergency surgery. I was unable to host her, sadly, because I am unable to leave my apartment. I hope to never have anything like this happen again and please know that all future guests should not expect any cancellations from me. She does understand as this was an emergency situation. Thanks again and I hope to see more great guests here in New York. -Jillian"
We had a great stay at Jillian's apartment. Jillian was a wonderful host. She was very flexible with our arrival times and her restaurant recommendations were spot on!
The apartment is (website hidden) ls just as advertised. It was spotless when we got there, It's very close to public transportation and across the street from the Natural History Museum and Central Park.
I highly recommend Jillian's apartment.
My partner and I had a great time. Jillian was very hospitable and her studio perfect for two. The area has great access to public transit and the park and museum were a plus. :)
We had a great stay at Jillian's place. She was kind enough to meet us when we arrived in the late morning to give us the keys. The apartment was exactly as was advertised and there is a fair amount of space. The only minor hiccup we had was that the shower was initially cold, but after letting the water run for 5 minutes it was nice and toasty. The view from the windows is really lovely---one can see the Natural History Museum and Central Park. We brought our 9 month old daughter and her pack n' play, and there was plenty of room for all of her stuff. Thank you, Jillian, for a wonderful stay!
Our stay was GREAT! Jillian was absolutely accommodating, and worked with us and our schedule for adjusted check-in and out times. She left us with lots of great info about her apartment, the surrounding area, and NYC. The place was clean and bright; we found ourselves instantaneously comfortable there---we even made ourselves thanksgiving dinner:) The location was great: next to lots to transportation, a very short block from central park, and the view out the window of the natural history museum is even more beautiful in person.
If you want to have a relaxing and easy-going place to stay in NYC, I highly, highly recommend Jillian's place.
Gracias Jillian y esperamos vernos pronto. La recomendamos con mayúsculas.
